I have used inexpensive abs belts in the past and they did not work very well for me. I have read articles about new technology on modern belts and that they actually work and show results. Please share your experiences?

Lynna: I need to know about really work ems abs belts. I mean, If I am going to invest in a exercise equipment to use at home like the belly burner belt its gotta be efective. I dont have any experiences I just need to know the name of a good one thnk u.

Elizabeth: Yeah, make sure you get one of the ems abs belts, or electronic muscle stumulation ones. Contour ab belt and the flex belt are the two that are on the top of my list for my fitness program.

julianne: yes, i too think the modern technology has really helped improvethe quality of these devices, i was really curious & had questions about abs belts do they work , is it too good to be true, gonna fall apart, waste of money, all that. MollyP: My experience with the contour abs belts has been very good so far. i agree that it si best to avoid the inexpensive ones, they dont work so well. This is easy to use and I also combine wearing it with cardio most days, but sometimes, I feel lazy and just wear it while i watch tv. and it still does its thing! i f i were you, i would giv e the new technology a try.

Peter808: IF you wanna know do abs belts really work, just try out a flex belt and you willget your answer. Trythat sucker out for a month, and I tell you, you will see marked improvement in strenth and muscle tone. I use it as my primary ab workout program now (still doing cardio and weight training of course) but for the abs, this bad boy is where its at for a male ab workout.

I’ve been wearing an ab toning belt for about 6 weeks, just had a baby so it’s really hard to get out to the gym like I used to, this is saving my life/body in an easy and fast way, my schedule is my own, no routine to follow, like what it’s doing so far, and it doesn’t make me the least bit stressed like I should do just 10 more crunches…nothing like that going on here, nice!
