I have used inexpensive abs belts in the past and they did not work very well for me. I have read articles about new technology on modern belts and that they actually work and show results. Please share your experiences?
Lynna: I need to know about really work ems abs belts. I mean, If I am going to invest in a exercise equipment to use at home like the belly burner belt
its gotta be efective. I dont have any experiences I just need to know the name of a good one thnk u.
Elizabeth: Yeah, make sure you get one of the ems abs belts, or electronic muscle stumulation ones. Contour ab belt and the flex belt are the two that are on the top of my list for my fitness program.
julianne: yes, i too think the modern technology has really helped improvethe quality of these devices, i was really curious & had questions about abs belts do they work , is it too good to be true, gonna fall apart, waste of money, all that. But I began reading thru the abs belts reviews i saw online and found some good ones. i placed an order and have seen results in a few weeks of using it. hope this helps.
Jordan: Do abs belts really work? Have seen some ads on tv, but not sure if it is worth the expense myself.
Loretta: I don’t know what you’ve used before, but the ems abs belts that are on the market now are nothing like those old abdominal binders, things like that, they really use a fast and easy way to tone your stomach with these little muscle twitches…I’ve ben using mine for about a month when I run, it’s great way to knock out some good cardio at the same time as my muscles are getting a direct zap, the two together sort of a free abdominal workout?
MavisMalone: Do abs belts really work? Well, for my money they do, I’ve got a Flex Belt that I swear by, only have it on for 30 minutes a day, I use it at work at lunch, it’s such an easy way to lose that belly that’s been plaguing me!
Felicity: abs belts sounds great an all but I need to lose from my hips thighs and bum too. How can I do that at home too?
MaryClaire: What do contour abs belts do? I have tried doing sit ups but those just hurt. I want to get strong abs and a firm stomach. I used to have an hourglass figure and now I just look like fat.
Caitlyn: I can only share my experience with contour abs belts and I did not love the results I was getting from it. My friend has one called the Flex Belt which seems to deliver more stimulation, but she said she does crunches too. Maybe you get what you pay for with these things.
MollyP: My experience with the contour abs belts has been very good so far. i agree that it si best to avoid the inexpensive ones, they dont work so well. This is easy to use and I also combine wearing it with cardio most days, but sometimes, I feel lazy and just wear it while i watch tv. and it still does its thing! i f i were you, i would giv e the new technology a try.
Sasha: In addition to articles, which abs belts reviews have you read? Seems to me that anything under $150 will probably not work that well to give you real results.
Peter808: IF you wanna know do abs belts really work, just try out a flex belt and you willget your answer. Trythat sucker out for a month, and I tell you, you will see marked improvement in strenth and muscle tone. I use it as my primary ab workout program now (still doing cardio and weight training of course) but for the abs, this bad boy is where its at for a male ab workout.
Lucie: Sounds like you need to read abs belts reviews before your next purchase. Me too! Fortunately work is dead today hahaha
Trish: FOr the best technology, I think ems abs belts are def. the way to go. Nothng reallycompares to the electronic muscle stimulation, and it sure beats doing hundreds of situps to get results.
Magdalena: abs belts do they work , is the question on all our minds, Especially right now. I mean, I think Ive gained 5 pounds in the last two days. Ug. I need to lose those tummy rolls before spring. So I am reading reviews,e tc this time to find the product that is going to work fast!
Mindy: Contour abs belts are the ones I keep seeing on tv and they say they’re all about the ems, but then somebody said that a Flex Belt was the best one to get, I say the newer the technology the better, so I’m thinking that’s what I’m going to order, have to read lots of reviews first, then you can make up your mind about all this new stuff on the market.
lexi: Wondered myself abs belts do they work and then saw a great ad on tv for one called Contour Ab belt. Looked like it could actually work using EMS technology so I got one. It did show me more definition, but I still have to work out.
GinaLouise: The abs belts reviews I’ve been reading are all about the ems technology you’re all talking about, guess that’s the most important thing to make sure about ordering a new ab toning belt, make sure it’s using that magnetic gel/shock thing, then you’ll be on the right track.
KatieJ: Had seen SO much hype about these belts and had to wonder myself, do abs belts really work and well, probably wouldn’t have believed it if I hadnt tried it myself. Yes, its not an overnight fix but with consistent effort, and cardio plus a proper diet, you get there and DO see results.
Nicole: Like someone already said, make sure you only consider ems abs belts if you want to see results.
BabesTruth: Well, yeah, abs belts do they work is an easy one for me, yes! I’ve been wearing an ab toning belt for about 6 weeks, just had a baby so it’s really hard to get out to the gym like I used to, this is saving my life/body in an easy and fast way, my schedule is my own, no routine to follow, like what it’s doing so far, and it doesn’t make me the least bit stressed like I should do just 10 more crunches…nothing like that going on here, nice!
Ruth: I have to know – abs belts do they work ??? I am losing a lot of weight on a good diet but my belly is still not firm, and I want a 6 pack abs.
