I get that ab toning belts are stomach equipment but can they work anywhere else on the body?

Sandy: Well I think ab toning belts are specifically considered flat stomach equipment, but one of the companies makes a similar product for your arms. Wish I could wrap one around my butt. That’s where I need to do some real work.

JennyWalker: IT would make sense, that the technology used for this sort of stomach equipment could translate to devices for other muscle groups. I don’t kow that you’d want to say, wrapan abs belt around your thigh, but I bet there are producst taht exist for this. Look online, I’m curious now too!

Ed: flat stomach equipment are just for that, some also work your core like the swiss ball. What other part of your body you are thinking of?

Kendra: I’ve been thinking about getting some kind of flat stomach equipment myself, but then realized that my arms look like crap, and my butt’s not the best either, so I’m reading reviews online about ab belts and sure enough, some of them come with attachments that work on other parts of the body, gonna check this whole thing out thoroughly, what I’m seeing in reviews so far looks pretty darn good.

Nedra: I think stomach equipment is really just for your stomach, but some of the toning belts can be used other places on your body if you want. I wrap mine on each thigh for about 10 minutes and think it is helping me get some circulation results in this area too.

JenniferWendellHolmes: The only kind of stomach equipment I’m interested in is something easy, I’m tired of sweating my guts out, and yeah, my gut is still there! As are my flabby thighs and winged arms. So I’m looking at abs belt reviews to see which one of these babies is gonna get me in shape all over, like the EMS technology idea I’ve been reading about, seems like I could watch tv while working out, what kind of other thing do I even have to consider if I can find one that I can sort of wrap all over myself?

Derek,TX: Would have to say that, ab toning belts are strictly flat stomach equipment and thats it. THey were designed to cover that area of the body. If there’s somehting similar for arms or whatever, cool, but I’ve never seen something you can mix and match the belt with. And I mean, is it really too hard to creat e plan that includes a few push ups or lunges a couple days a week?

Holly: Lots of flat stomach equipment being advertised on tv and online, but I think if something says it is just for your abs like an abs belt, then that is probably what it is for.

CarpeSark: Flat stomach equipment can be as simple as that Ab Roller I tried, which I didn’t really like, right up to something like the Malibu Pilates chair, which wasn’t worth spit, so now I’m with you, thinking that an ab toning belt is the way to go, but also have some big time leg work to do, sure hope one of the sites I’m reading about online has got the answer for me.

Connor: Good to know there is versatility in some of this new stomach equipment, like abs belts. I wasn’t so sure I was getting the most out of my Ab Rocket but maybe will try this sort of thing next.

Shane: I’m not sure how a stomach equipment could work for anywhere else that your stomach but i am using the Ab Circle Pro so I don’t know about other stuff.

darla: I got my flexbelt for my abs and it does an excellent workout-my favorite is program 6, it has several levels. I am planning on ordering the flexbelt mini for butt and thighs as I do, even though the company does NOT suggest it, reverse wrap my belt across my buttocks and have seen DEFINITE lifting and firmness in only 4 weeks! I was flabby in that area but now there is spring and definition. It seems to be do-able,but I run out of my ab gel pads quicker too-makes more sense to spend $ on hte mini-the ab belt by flexbelt is effective for me and visibly so. I am 46 and toning very well and quickly.
