I felt from week one that my Flex Belt exercises ab muscle. My question now is what diet plan or program do you think can help keep me lean?

Agnes: I usually do low carb when I want to lose weight fast and eat lot of fish tofu spinach and cheese. And I do walking to exercises ab muscles and maintain weight loss and toning. Malibu Pilates works too!

Gloria: Me, well, I’m not on any real diet plan or strict exercise program, I just try to eat more balanced meals and get a regular work out in. I also feel that the flex belt exercises ab muscles pretty effectivley and has been a good addition to my ‘get fit’ routine but, not doing anything specific. Hope this helps.

Marcia: Yeah, I’m beginning to realize that more cardio exercises ab in addition to using a toning belt and that what you eat is a really big part of keeping you lean. I try not to eat too much pasta, bread, sugar or red meat. This seems to help and I do a colon cleanse that I found online about once every two months.

Nancy: My toning belt exercises ab muscles too, but am also trying to cut out all saturated fat from my diet for 1 month beginning tomorrow. That is my plan, anyway.

INdia: Yeah I too use one and it definitely exercises ab. What I do to keep the fat off is a lot of cardiovascular workout. It allows me to burn a lot of calories and as a result fat. I also try to keep refine sugar and carbs pretty low.

JMillerV: Really? Week one and you felt the flex belt exercises ab? I got a Contour Abs belt and have not seen those kind of results yet.

RandyR: Felt like i was needed to follow a more strict diet plan when I was doing the malibu pilates in order to stay lean, than I do with my abs belt now. I like to wear this thing when I run, or even using the elliptical machine indoors, feels like it helps me push a little harder and then i burn more fat, so i can stay lean a bit more easy. Course, keeping the calories down is a lways a good idea too.

Charlene: Well, for me , the winning formula is cardio exercises ab belt routine and South Beach diet. It wasn’t easy to start but now i feel like its pretty natural and i think it works well with the other two aspects of my approach. Pretty happy with all of it.

Ingrid: I always exercises ab muscles by going out dancing its a great fun workout nd I just eat lots of veg and dont drink sugar nd it all works out. I am getting the Ab Roller just to ensute my abs stay tight since I am 31.

Alicia: Maybe you can try the Cardio Twister? I hear it’s a good fat burner, not sure it exercises ab but if you already using a flex belt you don’t have to worry.

Lou: JUst keep using the ab toning belt to exercises ab muscles regularly, work out and eat welll, that will get you best results.

Susan: I think the ab coaster exercises ab muscles pretty well but unfortunately i am having some real lower lumbar (back) problems that are stopping me from being able to do this. So yeah, i feel like i need to diet to get things under control and I have started my own low calorie diet but i still feel pretty hungry., Basicaly, i am still searching for the answer. Walking is the one aspect of my routine that seems to be working. But if someone can recommend an ab toner that doesn’t hurt the back i would be happy.

Kate: What other things exercises ab muscles besides and a b belt and crunches? Does yoga help, or pilates? Was reading some reviews about the Malilbue Pilates Chair. SOrry – don’t have a good diet or program to share, but thought I could get some info.
