I feel like i have tried every tummy exercise on the market accept an abdominal belt. Can anyone use it is it easy?
majestic: No, I haven’t used a tummy belt either, but is an abdominal belt good for tummy exercise after pregnancy?
Melodie: Tummy exercise for women is especially hard. Why don’t guys have all this extra gook around the middle? Have to say, it wasn’t until i got an ab belt that I started seeing some results. It is not that fast, but VERY easy to use.
renee orton: yes i think it’ s pretty easy, because you can do your tummy exercise at home, which is what i need. i hate going to gyms, where people are sweaty, especailly this time of year with the flu & colds going around, i rather go outside for a jog and use my ab belt whenever i feel like it.
AshleyCampos: A good tummy exercise for women is boxing! I’ve been working out with a punching bag, and let me tell you, the exercise is phenomenal. I’m also using an abdominal belt, it makes my muscles sort of jump, but it’s almost relaxing at the end of one of my workout sessions, I’m in venting the NEW ME – thats all of my lower ab workout tips!!!
Nanette: ANYONE can use an abdominal belt! It is some of the easiest tummy exercise equipment out there. It is also good because you can do tummy exercise while sitting – it will help you sit up straight, which is all you need to do. No Slouching.
FunnyBone: I think the only tummy exercise equipment I’m going to use from now on is an abdominal belt, of course it’s easy to use, my husband and I both take turns with it after work, hour total time, I use it when I’m doing the dishes, ti’s great for getting me back in shape after my last pregnancy.
Jinx: The tummy exercise while sitting I like best is my ab belt, I use it during my lunch hour at work, it gives me a good feeling for the rest of the day, it energizes me somehow, must be all those little jolts…and my stomach? Gone down a full inch around the waist since I started using it two weeks ago. I’m pretty pleased.
samantha: it’s easy to use an ab toning belt & good for women & men both. i had a heck of time finding the right form of tummy exercise after pregnancy and read reviews to see what works, this really got the muscles toned & firm again, petty fast too. i’ve never rally liked any of the tummy exercise machines you see at the gym, and crunches only getyou sofar… i prefer the belt.
Ida: I’ve been using a tummy exercise dvd I bought at the market, it was over in the vegetables, I swear, Whole Foods is pulling out all the stops to help people manage their weight, but I think they might be better served to have an ab belt on their shelves, I started using my Flex Belt about 3 weeks ago and it’s making a huge difference in how I look, I can zip without pain, and sure, everyone can use one, all you have to do is strap it around your waist and it does all the work!
Petal: I want to find out a tummy exercise for women that I can do while working? I am tired of feeling so out of shape and listless. I want to feel fit again and am willing to find the best abs exercise machine.
Anonymous: tummy exercise equipment seems so boring, all the same. I agree that I have tried many with little net results. which is why I am inquired about ab belts. I thik they might be the way of the future in exercise. we are all expected to do so much and be everything we need to make something easier for ourselves!
Heidi S., Denver: IT’s easy to use & fit in a schedule but the awesome part of using a tummy exercise belt is that your musclesstill get sore afterwards, so it totaly work and you feel it. I think all men & women should have one!
SharonWashington: I’m kinda sick of the tummy exercise video I’ve been watching for the last 3 MONTHS, who wouldn’t be, and the results I’ve gotten from it haven’t been all that great, that’s why I’m thinking abdominal belt, too, right along with you, I’ve been reading about them online, they sure seem easy to use and are supposed to give very fast results, what the heck, at least it’s a change from Tracy and Michelle and their perfect bodies…
Wendy: A tummy exercise belt sounds like a great idea to me, I’m sick of doing all this exercise and not having it do all that much, would so love to have a 6 pack! Think my husband would kinda like it too…he looks WAY better than I do, and that might be dangerous…if you know what I mean.
CHEEBACHEEBA: HAve never used an abdominal belt but read reviews and they sound pretty easy, even good for seniors, I recently got a tummy exercise video from the supermarket, saw it on a shel f and picked it up, last minute. I;m not sure how good it works yet, but its more ab work than I’ve done i n along while so I know its helping some. Does anyone have a tummy exercise dvd that they just love? I maybe should try something new if this one doesnt end up doing much.
Cookie: Have you tried a tummy exercise dvd or a tummy exercise video? There is a good one called Crunchless Abs, which I like. Have not tried an abs belt yet.
Marla: Oh yeah, it’s super easy, probably the easier way to tummy exercise at home in my opinion. Beats a tummy exercise video!!!
Adele: The tummy exercise machines I’ve been using at the gym make me feel really good and tight, but that feeling doesn’t last and that’s why I think an abdominal belt is a good idea, any time I’m feeling sort of slack and saggy I can use this for 1/2 an hour and I’ll feel toned and tight again, I know cause I tried my sister’s and she looks fabulous! She might not be the brightest bulb on the planet, but boy, she picked a good one with this Flex Belt, I’ll tell you that.

IJustLoveBread: I just ordered a balance ball so i can start doing some tummy exercise after pregnancy. A lot of my friend use the ball if you have not maybe you could try that?
Elsa: Doing tummy exercise while sitting would seem a good idea but I never remember to do them I respond best to a workout video I can follow along at home. I like to work up a sweat!
Martha: I used to do buns of steel. is there a tummy exercise dvd equivalent to that? thanks.
Angelina: I agree that abs belts are easy, but I do not think you should group them among other tummy exercise machines. It is a totally unique thing that uses electronic muscle stimulation and deserves a category of its own.
Becca: YEs, I prefer the word “tummy” too, belly makes me think of Santa Claus! And I am all for using any new type of tummy exercise equipment out there, they all work better than basic crunches, whether its a stabiity ball or a medicine ball or ab machines or a belt. Try something new & see how it works for you.
Katie: Tummy exercise after pregnancy, have to be a little careful of that, I’ve heard you’re not supposed to do anything for about 6 weeks, which maybe is ok, but I know I’m going to want to have some quick results after looking at this 8 months belly I can’t believe it will ever be flat again, I think the abdominal belt sounds like a great idea, I just wonder how fast it will really get my tummy back to some sort of normal.

Karen: I am pretty sure it’s for both men and women and is it easy to use, it most certainly is, I ma there is nothing to it, just put your toning belt on and turn it on. I still use tummy exercise machines at the gym 2 times a week but the belt helps keeping my tummy as tight as possible:)
Trina: YES YES YES, it is EASy, anyone can use an abs belt and it is WONDERful form of tummy exercise for women after being pregnant and not doing much for 9 mos.
