I am looking for a good abdominal cruncher that is easy to use and gives fast results. Any ideas of ones not to get?

Marian: I’ve never used an abdominal cruncher per se just a big exercise ball that helps me to balance and work on my core strength it’s great for abs as well as butt and thighs. I would like to get a new tool to help focus my attention cause I want 6 pack abs this year as my fitness goal.

Sheila: Well don’t get the Vibro Belt, that thing IS easy to use but does not do a thing in terms of fast results. I had read that abdominal toning technology will work, but you have to make sure you buy good equipment. I am still researching all of them after making that mistake.

Therese: I have done Malibu Pilates and other programs such as that but never used a cardio machines for abs. I want one now becauuse I want to work out alone at home I thikn an abdominal cruncher would help to sculpt my body and make me feel and look healthier.

Caitlyn: Tried Malibu Pilates at my cousin’s house over Thanksgiving weekend and those exercises were really hard! Saw a an ad for that Cardio Twister on TV and that looked pretty easy, but too bulky, like the chair. Have been reading some ab belt reveiws and if they really do what they say, it sure seems like the easiest to use as part of a good crunch routine.

JPlackard: Ab Roller is a good ab cruncher to stay away from. That’s all I have to say. Don’t know much about ab belts, but will look further. Gotta find a good, post holiday workout scedule.

JustineThomas: I want to try a thing called the Vibro Belt which my sister used and she claims its how she lost so much weight. I used to be the skinny one so I have to get a really effective abdominal cruncher like now!!! Looking at the Flex Belt now.

Naomi: Ab Coaster, Ab Rocket – read a ab coaster customer review and was not impressed. The first one was really easy but no results, and the second was just too hard on my back. I heard there are some good ab toning belts out there that work better than any of these ab crunchers.

Marie: When I get my abdominal cruncher I wonde rif I have to change my diet very much. Probably. I dont want to do a lot of work to not get tight abs and a sexy body.

DeliaH: Oh yeah, was just looking at some ab belts as a replacement for ab crunchers. Heard some good things about Contour Ab Belt but have not tried one yet. Still working on a realistic plan for myself, that does not require too much work.

Anonymous: What about the Ab Circle Pro – is that a good ab cruncher?

JanineLouise: I am too! I have done cardio twister and pilates but never had the guts to buy an abdominal cruncher. I just dont like exercise to be too painful and I need somethign easy. Thinking an ab belt is the right choice for me right now…and def thinking of trying the flex belt as well.

HelenT: Hey, someone mentioned the Vibro Belt – no good? I thought that was supposed to be an abdominal toner and didn’t look as hard as a lot of the ab crunchers. Looks easy, but maybe there are other ones that work better.

Samantha: OMG, Malibu Pilates is really hard. But I wouldn’t necessarily call it an ab cruncher, either. It works your arms legs and butt too, if you use it properly but is dificult to master. Would not put this is the EASY category for a workout routine.

Clio: Thanks for informing me about a subjetc I dont know much about. I do want to get an abdominal cruncher because I have been dieting but exercise for me is a tough one. I need it to be pretty quick and effective. I just want to be toned and have good abs.

Melanie: Saw a late night ad on TV for Cardio Twister and it looked fun and easy, but kind of big and I’m not great at putting things together. As a single woman, am looking for something easy and effective as well. A good abs belts might be a better option for me than an ab cruncher for ab workout lower abs.

Trish: I tried and Ab Roller a few times and gave up. Much too hard for me to get correct posture for crunches. The a b belt looks way easier and like something I could fit into my work schedule.

Carmen: I should not have purchased the Ab Coaster. It was not easy to put together and i have not seen any fast results from this ab cruncher.

June: Stay away from the Ab Rocket if you want a fast and easy ab cruncher. This ain’t it. The toning belt thing seems like something that would wwork well, especially for women.

Cynthia: Well I know you wanted to know which ab cruncher’s to stay away from, but I can tell you that both the Contour Ab Belt and the Flex Belt are both well reviewed ab belts if you care to go in that direction instead.

Misty_nights: Ab Circle Pro – that is an ab cruncher to steer clear of I have hear unless you already have strong arms and core strength. Gonna look at an ab toning belt now the flex belt in particular.
