I am considering doing an electric ab routine with an abdominal toning belt. Does anyone have a schedule or plan they can share?
SusanN: What kind of electric ab trainer are you looking at? I have seen several online. I think I like the idea of electric ab training – looks easy and I heard if you do a little exercise, it will work fast. Jut ordered an ab contour belt.
Heather: Did you see that electric ab belt review on the flex belt? It looks like one of the better ones. I’m torn between that and the Contour one. I don;t have a routine yet, but think this will help me get into a good one.
Charlotte: The great thing about the electric ab trainer is you don’t have to have any kind of schedule, once a day, whenever you can work in 30 minutes of wearing the belt, that’s it! It’s sure why I bought one, I can tell you that.
ZoeM: Electric ab exercise with electric ab trainer is supposed to be no exercise, I thought. Isn’t an ab belt supposed to do the work for you?
Louisa: I think an electric ab training belt is such a great idea, in fact, I’m so convinced that it’s going to work for me that I bought one for my sister, too and got a little break on the price, we’ve always been sort of competetive, now we’ll see who gets flat abs first, I don’t know if she’s going to come up with some routine to do with hers, I’m just going to wear mine while I’m running, bet I’ll win!
May: I’ve been looking at an electric ab belt review, the one for the contour belt? I don’t think there’s any set routine you have to do, just keep up your cardio and watch your diet, think that’s about it.
AmieJo: Maybe electric ab exercise is the way to go if you already have another routine in place, is that what you’re asking? The way I use mine is when I just can’t face the crunches some days, or I’m sort of sick, more of a back up than a primary, but at least I know I’m doing something to get toned abs everyday.
TKashdarian: My plan with electric ab belt as seen on tv is really not that intense, but I feel like you don’t need to do all that much with electric ab training. I have not done a traditional crunch since I got mine and I am seeing lovely results.
MeaghanVause: Sometimes I can’t sleep and then about 2 in the morning when I get tired of being on the computer I watch this electric ab belt as seen on tv that’s all the rage, I’m just about convinced to buy one, and I don’t think I have to do anything else but wear it like 1/2 an hour a day, no schedule needed, just whenever.
KarenA: The electric ab exerciser I got, was a dud, I think. It was easy enough, but I didn’t see results like they were showing on tv.
PreciousPalmer: Is an electric ab toner the same as an electric ab exerciser? They’re both electric ab stimulators, right? I thought the deal was you didn’t have to have a schedule or routine, the belt did all the work, isn’t that right? I mean, that’s why I ordered one I hate to sweat and get all stinky, it’s just not in me anymore at 58.
ChattyKate: The only electric ab workout that I do uses just the electric ab belt, there doesn’t have to be more than that, it will take about a month maybe to see results, but if you do sit ups first, or leg lifts, whatever, it will happen faster for you.
Dmithsonson: Well that doesn’t sound right, Karen. Which electric ab toner did you get? There is some junk out there – just try to research. Listen, I think the person wanted to know about a good abdominal toning routine and I just wanted to say that any activity with a belt on will give you some results, but do some heavier cardio if you want to see more.
gladys: Yeah not all electric ab stimulators are created equal, but if you get a good one, you can do a lot of good work without getting on the floor. My routine is joggin in place on a balnce trainer with the electric ab exercise belt on medium. Intense.
Clemmie: Think you all are right, keep the regular exercise going, it doesn’t have to be with the electric ab trainer on, just don’t quit your regular routing and add the electric ab exerciser on whenever you want to, that’s the beauty of it.
WEllen: A good electric ab workout with a b belt is turning it on high and doing 3 – 2 minute sets of plank, then some cardio without the belt then return to plank and wearing. Do this at least twice a week. Works for me.
JanetSimpson: I don’t think electric ab training has to be anything but wearing the belt? Why are you looking for something more isn’t it working so good for you?
Melisa: I read an electric ab belt review that said it was a complete routine all by itself, that’s what I’m going with, I’m looking pretty good, just going to get better! I’m a believer in these things and maybe even a yoga ab workout.
Cokie: The flex belt is the only decent electric ab belt – hope you got that one. The other electric ab belt as seen on tv are not made very well and the elctrodes come off on them. My freind has tested them all and she said it was the best. I thin you will see results with or wothout additional exercise with this one.
JenNG: Abdominal toning belt or electric ab belt, whatever you want to call it – I didn’t get one yet, but from the online ab belt reviews I’ve been reading it sounds like some are def, better then others.
Carmina: The electric ab exercise that I do is easy…I wear the belt while I’m unloading the dishwasher!
Kathy: The electric ab toner, that I have? The Flex Belt? I think it’s the best out there, strong enough that I really don’t have to do anything else but wear it, oh, and I AM watching my carbs, I do think that helps.
LFernandez: I think electric ab stimulators do just that. They STIMULATE your abs, they don’t do your workouts for you. My schedule is simple: 45 crunches a day, every day, no matter what. Then I walk wearing a toning belt for 20 to 30 minutes every other day and that’s it. Pretty easy, but committed.
Claire: I use my electric ab belt for 30 mins every day, that’s my routine. Seems to be working for me as an electric ab workout.
SuzieQ: Well I follow a pretty easy electric ab workout routine, just using my abs belt every day for about 30 minutes. When you combine it with cardio, and other strenght training, you will see results, pretty fast too. Good luck.
Anonymous: I love my electric ab stimulators! The way i use it is that I put it on 5 days a week for 20-30 and go for a run.
Frieda_West: Seems like that’s the best thing, to use an electric ab toner and follow the guideleins that come with it. I like to wear mine while walking, and no more crunches! Definitely seeing improvement in my abs this way. gret for toning my belly after pregnancy!
