I AM IN DIRE NEED OF A NEW AB EXERCISE SCHEDULE. IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO TIGHTEN STOMACH EVEN IF YOU CANNOT DO A REGULAR AB PLAN?


Laura: I has taken me a long time to find a way to tighten stomach muscles that wouldn’t hurt my back or get in the way of my busy schedule. i needed a routine that was fast and easy. I recently decided that the approach i am going to take is an ab belt. They seem easy to use and don’t mess up your back. I am currently reading the reviews to narrow down the best one.

Karen: I learned to tighten stomach after weight loss after I lost a dramatic amount of pounds. I still have a few to go to be where I want, which is amazing. I need an exercise now but I had been doing Sweatin to the oldies and now I have to fit in more ab work with a new job so I need to get something that I can do sporadically but will be good for my overall health and fitness.

Tina: If you can’t do a regular ab plan that includes situps/or crunches, then you may want to consider an abdiminal toning belt. I had good luck with this and heard that tighten stomach after baby is possible too.

Fran: For me too, the ab part of my exercise schedule was the one i was most lazy about, until i got an abs belt. i’d go to the gym and do my weights for the upper body, then do some cardio, and then, just want to leave and skip the abs exercises. i think using an ab belt is one of the easy ways to tighten stomach muscles without a whole lot of effort. i use mine on workout days, but AFTER i get home from the gym, bcs i can wear it while doing stuff around the house.

CarolineCamus: I’m looking for a way to tighten stomach after weight loss that was huge, I mean we’re talking some stones here, so I wondering if the idea of an ab belt is right for me, I know what you’re asking, whether it can be used instead of a regular workout plan, but I want to know if it will do any good for the problem that I’ve got in ADDITION to regular exercise?

karen S.: Yes there is a way to tighten stomach exercises of various kinds are a goood start. i mean, like pilates is good or even running can help but for results you need some kinds of regular plan. I suggest looking into a toning belt to help tighten stomach fast as well as paying attention to diet and other exercises, doing a combo rely helps most i think.

Luisa: I want to tighten stomach muscles after pregnancy and the thing is I was not skinny or in shape before so now I am panicked and especially because I dont have s much time to work out which i never did and I am not eating to helthy I need help from a ab belt or something just until I have more time and sleep to get the right nutrition and fitness attention.

ugcut: What kind of ab exercise routine did you have in mind if you cannot do a regular ab plan? Crunches and cardio are the best ways to tighten stomach fat.

CaroleAnneCrumpett: I guess the best way to tighten stomach muscle fat is to first off get rid of some, and THEN get into a regular exercise program like Yoga or working with a trainer at a gym if you can afford it, do some South Beach time, get an ab toning belt for fast and easy results that will encourage you to keep going, that’s about the best I can come up with.

alyssa: I want to tighten stomach fast, and i need to find something that will help me do that without disrupting my scedule. maybe i am asking for too much but it seems like these ab belts might be the way to do it. I think they seem pretty fast and easy and give results for really good tighten stomach exercises.

kimmy: my ab workout plan was a joke, it was basically, a good intention and thats it. and stickign to a regular routine after pregnancy? forget it. but i did really need to find a way to tighten stomach after baby came, and found the flex belt quite helpful fo r that. its awesome bcs, i can use it for 30 minutes a day, whenever i think it put it on. great for toning without having to stick to a ‘regular” schedule and even good way to tighten stomach after c section, which was my biggest concern for good abs workout at home for women.

Corrie: I m finding that my jeans dont fit they are tight and I have a muffin top I cant exercise all the time since I work and hve 2 kids but I want to tighten stomach fat so I look slimmer without losing much weight because I dont have time or money to eat more vegetebles and less fast food. Seems like the exercise belt for abs could help me out.

LindaT: An ab belt is a good way to tighten stomach after c section. Was not able to do regular exercise for 3 months after my pregnancy and this really helped me feel like I was doing something easy to train my muscles back into shape.

FoxyLady: How to tighten stomach after C section is a toughy, not much you can do for awhile, not much you WANT to do for awhile, but if you’re looking for an easy way to get back into exercising, a Flex Belt might be the way to go, at least after the first month of so has gone by, I mean, heck, if you have to come up with a whole new exercise program anyway, why not start with something that doesn’t take much of a plan, and you can make your own schedule? That’s what I’m thinking.

LauraE: Swimming, biking and a abdominal toning belt are a good way to help tighten stomach fat, in my opinion. If what you mean by not dong a regular ab plan, is tht you always skipped sit-ups but still do cardio, etc? get urself one of these, i find that i’m always motivated to use it where, with situps, it was very irregular.

Madeline: Have a friend who must tighten stomach after c section. I know I wont have time after with getting her on schedule and getting back to work I wonder if there is a belt I can try and give??

I sure would like to know the answer to that one, my stomach four months later seems like it’s still about to hit my knees, that’s why I’m thinking one of the new ways I’m going to start exercising every day is an ab shocker belt, at least I know I can use it in a regular routine; all the reviews I’m reading online point to this as being a good way to go.

PatriceL: If you want to really tighten stomach after baby, strap on a baby bjorn and an abdominal belt and start walking. This is something everyone can do, even if they cannot do a regular ab plan

Denise: It sounds like you can tighten stomach fast with an ab toning belt and yoga at least twice a week.

barbie: love my a b belt for helping me to tighten stomach muscles after pregnancy! thought i’d be stuck with the flab forever but its looking great lately and belive me, i am hte worst when it comes to stiking to a regular plan. this is easy to use too, great for women in my situation.

Shirley: How in the world do you t tighten stomach after baby when you are so busy and sleep deprvied? I have never lost all the baby weight and with baby #4 I need to get a good at home work out machine that even if I dont use it every dy will help with my workout.

VIV: Yes well I was very dedicated to eating well and working out but let me tell you, it was real difficult to try and tighten stomach after weight loss, i mean my size was smaller but things were still pretty..loose. I got a contour belt and continued exercising regularly but this worked better than any sit-ups or crunches ever could. VEry please with the results.

April: A way to tighten stomach fast, toning and everything in one, is the Flex Belt, you don’t have to do any other kinds of exercises with it if it’s all you can do, it’s all you can do for right now…good luck with it!

Fern: Do you consider wearing an ab toner the same as tighten stomach exercises? Seems like you might be able to see some results with this and some other exercises.

JuneBugg: Good tighten stomach exercises are always gonna be crunches but I’m so sick of those I could spit, want to find a new way to tone my body and tighten stomach fat, too, so I’m thinking an ab toning belt, all the reviews I’ve been reading about them online have me just about convinced. The EMS thing? Makes a lot of sense to me.

Fiona: I want to tighten stomach muscles easy, who doesn’t, want some more info about the ab toning belts, seems like it’s a fast way to get flat abs, I dunno, want to give it a try before I just quit doing anything at all.

lili: I was not able to do a regular ab program after I injured my back, but have been able to tighten stomach muscles using something like an ab shocker belt. It is very easy to use and gives me a good feeling. COuld not imagine tighten stomach after c section yikes!
