Having a flatter stomach in a week would be a dream come true. Can an ab belt routine give me that?
Vivian: I think a flatter stomach in 3 weeks is prolly more possible than just a week, and yeah, you bet an ab belt will help get you there, but it’s just as important to diet in my book, you can’t see that flat belly if you’ve got a layer of fat over it!
