Have tried the Ab Roller and it was not what I was looking for so which abdominal equipment will work?

Allison: I hated the Ab Roller, so now I’m thinking an ab energizer belt might be the way to go, fast and easy, don’t have to clean house before I use it, keep my own schedule with it, even watch tv if I feel like it. Sounds like a winner to me just want to know in general ab Belt do they work.

Juliet: Gotta read more abdominal equipment reviews before I buy also tried an ab roller which was not at aall what I was looking for didnt like didnt use I also tried the DVD malibu Pilates but that was too hard I dont want to get off easy I know weight loss is hard work but I am over 20 :) and need help!

CMaker: Well I have read a LOT of abdominal equipment reviews lately and think that the flex belt abdominal toner or the Contour abs belt look like two very good electronic machines for your abs. Very easy to use and not nearly as togh on your back as an ab roller or ab wheel.

Sandy: Also was not so impressed with the ab roller or the ab sonic results – i could feel the burn more than from doing situps on my own. I;ve not had a lot of luck with abdominal equipment but so far am really like the abs belt i’ve been wearing. SO easy and even though i feel it working,, its not in the least bit uncomfortable. I think it work well for toning and is a good thing to try.

LeeAnne: I’m going to order an ab contour belt as soon as I figure out which one to go with, I’ve read about a zillion online reviews, thinking the EMS deal is a good one to try, not getting suckered into anything like the Ab Roller again.

JEsse: JUst try reading different abdominal equipment reviews online to find a good one. i would stay away from Malibu Pilates but I’m sure there are others that are better than that one and the Ab Roller. Maybe a toning belt is a good choice, i’ve seen good things aobut that sort of program, excellent technology.

Pete: Just get yourself a mat and start doing old school ab exercises like crunches. That’s what’s work. Just schedule some time for a simple ab workout plan everyday and you will see how good it works.

Keifer: Too many abdominal equipment reviews out there for me to read, am narrowing it down to the ab toning belts, then gonna decide. So far it looks like ab belts work.

Lauren: So much abdominal equipment is bulky and hard to use, but I think the ab toing belts are pretty cool. I use one about 3 times a week and have seen some toning in my torso. Anything is possible, even when your a senior.

Ward: Yeah you know, it s not neccessary to even use any abdominal equipment like pete says, just get a mat. if you stick to a regular routine, anything you do will work good to get results.

Natalie: Never tried the ab roller but some abdominal equipment just doesnt work for me. The ab coaster was a bust. Right now I am just wlking but I want to tone my stomach and get great abs for once! I need hELP

Deb: well i would not recommend the Malibu Pilates either, i hate to say…there is a lot of abdominal equipment out there and a lot of it is either cheap, too hard to do, or does not give results. I am looking into an ab shocker for myself and for my senior mom. I am hoping this will be a good approach for us.

Dot: I have tried those abs scissors exercise too and they are not that easy but will give you some results. Have not tried the Ab roller but the ab toner i got is giving my stomach a lot more work than anything else i have tried and I can fit it into my schedule at home.
