Have seen many an abdominal exerciser online. Can anyone tell me about which toning belt truly is best for the money?

Thomas: Really decent abdominal exerciser machines, especially for your home, are hard to come by, that’s what I’m finding out. Got the abdominal exerciser argos – you know from that UK company, and it sucked! Was gonna look at the Flex Belt next, looks like it has better ab shocker belt reviews which I didn’t bother to check on the first go.

noreen: well i don’t know what you’ve seen online but i ordered an abdominal exerciser as seen on tv , the ab lounge and thought it was good, for a month or two. Until some of the pieces starte d coming lose on it. Maybe I didn’t assmemble the thing right. anyway, a toning belt sounds easier.

Kathy: I am wondering myself about abdominal exerciser machines. I have never use done before as I used to be a runner and that kept me fit but since an injury I am unable to run so I need a few aternatives.

kathleen: well i’m not entirely sure that its smart to just buy the first abdominal exerciser as seen on tv….i almost did that but i decided to look at the reviews online and do some research. I like the idea of a fast easy ab routine that gives results. i was surprised to find that some of these ab belts are actually pretty credible. I am seriously considering one of those. good to know about the argos, its reviews aren’t so hot either.

Jett: Tried the abdominal exerciser argos but first of all who wants to get on the floor and get all grungy, that’s why I switched to the abdominal toner I’ve got, it’s way neater and I stay nice and clean while I’m using it, Flex belt is the one to buy if you want my opinion.

jimmy: go for the abdominal exerciser electric belt, or electronic belt or whatever, one I read about uses electronic Muscle stimulation for working out abodominal muscles. we’re in the 21st century, go for latest & greatest technology,is what i say. makes life easy & nothing wrong with that.

Tracy: An abdominal exerciser deluxe set that I bought online turned out to not be exactly that, it was supposed to include this ab cruncher thing and gloves and even lotion, but none of it was very good I ended up throwing it all away, I’ll never get suckered like that again, and now I’m using the flex belt I ordered and it’s exactlywhat I want, works great after only 3 weeks I’m seeing results.

ladyhawke: Many abdominal exerciser instructions were too complicated for me. I like the flex belt toning belt I just got because it is simple and it helps improve the work I already do. Costs a little more but is best value for money, IMO.

Bettina: Abdominal exerciser pro assist is exactly what I need, that’s what I thought anyway, but now I’m onto the abdominal toning belt I bought from an infomercial I saw on tv. it’s not all that great but it didn’t cost much, I think it’s better than thesauna one I saw, but I’m not all that happy with it, tell you the truth, wish I’d read more reveiws frist. big mistake.

taramarie: yes there are many abdominal exerciser machines online and i ordered one and did not have abdominal exerciser instructions manual attached, wound up hurting my back. i don’t even remember what it was called. anywyay, am thinking of a toning belt myself now, i mean if they good for seniors, should be good for a younger women with a bad back. also reading reviews & not decided on a brand yet.

HappyFace: All the abdominal exerciser instructions I’ve seen are too complicated for me to understand, I need something with a video or pictures to get what I’m supposed to be doing, thats why I ordered the flex belt I have, very simple to use, I don’t get confused with it, just put it on for 30 minutes and done, my way to exercise. I think it’s the best you can get for the money, for sure.

n: The abdominal exerciser belt i have was not cheap, but had good reviews and I thought it was worth the money. You need to exercise too, but this helps keep everything tight.

Camille: Does it have to be a belt? Can you do ab workouts with weights? I’ve a few exerciser as seen on tv that I like a lot, like the ab roller or the ab slide. It’s more for women though i think.
