Have never really had stomach abs anyone know a solid routine with ab belts for a guaranteed six pack?
Amanda: I want strong stomach abs belt so I can get in shape. I have neither been in shape with good ab muscles but I am 31 and it is not too late.

And it sure beats doing the traditional stomach abs exercises , like situps and crunches and all that. I don’t know for sure, about a guaranteed six pack just form this but I do know mine feels tighter and see more definition.
