Have been searching for the best abdominal trainer out there. Can anyone tell me which one has the best reviews?

LindaG: Have done a little online research about abdominal trainer and it looks like the Contour Ab Belt and the Flex get pretty high marks in the EMS category. Still looking at some more traditional belts as well. I mean if I can find the best ab machine reviews that would help.

Miranda: I’ve been looking at all sorts of abdominal trainers online, so many reviews to get through! Thinking the Flex Belt looks like maybe what I’m going to go with, sure seems like a fast and easy way to get toned, and I don’t have to do anything but wear the thing for awhile every day; it does all the work.

MArc_NYC@aol.com: You mean a person trainer? Or a abdominal trainer device? I see my trainer 3 times a week but he helps with more than my abs, although his ab routine is pretty hardcore. If you in NYC and need a trainer, I’ll give you his name.

Cindy: I need an abdominal trainer because I’ve have never taken cre of myself am not interested in the belly burner scam or anything like that. This is my year and I am going to get an b belt that will help me get my shape back.

GeoffreysL: Like the Ab Coaster abdominal trainer, personally. Easy to use, needed help putting it together, but it is really making me work hard.

Belinda: I’m looking for an abdominal trainer that I don’t have to break out into a sweat, I’m leaning towards the ab belt reviews I’ve been reading, some online, some in magazines, they’re all over the place, and think this looks like a fast and easy way for me to go right now, women finally get tired of the crunch routines, that’s for sure, and I want to keep my own schedule now that all the kids have finally gone, this looks about right for me.

Sebastian: When you say ‘ best reviews ‘ I mean, its sor t of subjective. I read reviews to get a sense of others experience but you know, we all are different, what works for me, may not work for you, etc. HOwever I have narrowed it down to a toning belt over an Ab Roller as that seems like a more effective abdominal trainer for getting upper & lower abs, plus the sides, without a hardcore plan required.

Celine: I like the flex belt toning belt abdominal trainer. Very easy to use and fits into my schedule taking care of three little rugrats.

Nancy: Am also having a difficult time finding the best one, have read lots of reviews online but need a decent abdominal trainer to use after pregnancy. I wonder if that Vibro belt thing is any good for that or do the ab machine work?

Luna: I think that the best abdominal trainer is frankly one that you will use. You cant get fit if you dont work hard and diet. I am trying v hard but I dont like to exercise. I might get a ab belt if I can afford it for an easy ab workouts at home.

Nadine: WEll, the sites you’re going to go to online all say that their abdominal trainer is the best, of course! So that’s why you have to become a very careful and earnest reader, cut through all the b.s. to find out what’s going to be the very best for your needs, whether you want something that’s going to be fast and easy, or something that’s going to be a real sweat buster, up to you….I’m thinking an ab shocker, good for a senior like me who still wants a toned stomach! I guess maybe that vanity thing never stops…even as you get older.
