Have been looking at ab shocker devices online. Can you report if the flex belt will work for all or is it just for women?
Ryan: Never tried the Abgymnic ab shocker belt but i did try one called the ab sonic and it turned out to be a cheap piece of crap. THe flex belt has arleady shown better results and its only been 2 weeks. so yeah it works for men, to answer your question.
RandallW: I have not tried the flex belt ab shocker belt, but have a Contour belt andit works pretty good, better when I exercise with it on. have heard of that ab belt too, probably just as good for men.
