Have been doing stomach crunches for years with little to no results. Can an ab shocker help with my stomach crunches?
Mike: what kind of stomach crunches exercise did you do and how often? I’ve never used an ab shocker so can’t compare but I know that crunches have worked for me. Of course you got to keep the % of fat low so you can see results.
