Does real stomach fitness mean I have to follow some online program for results?


Burt: Actually, if I mihgt say, I have not ever even found a decent online program worth following. THere are all sort s of reviews and advice for doing stomach fitness exercises that are helpful but i create my own routine from them. Don’t got time to b on the computer when i exercise. I think stomach fitness just means, work out your abs regularly, whatever way youbest can and find the best ab workouts for men.

Alabama: Doing stomach fitness exercises is helping me get slim all over. I have not done an online program I am doing a wlk fit program nd am prepring to use an b belt for the last few inches and toning.

MapleSugar: Um, no I don’t think you have to follow any kind of online fitness program to get the results you want, some basic stomach fitness exercises are all you need, you can get that a million places, although I like Pilates the best, and then you can use an ab toning belt for 30 minutes a day to kick up the process, such an easy and fast way for women to get back in shape!

Geraldine: IN my opinion for optimal stomach fitness all you have to do is follow a strong solid routine! does not have to be an online program, could be a video, something you find on tv, or some kinds of stomach fitness equipment. Read the reviews and find one that suit you best.

Nona: Some simple stomach fitness equipment is all you need to get in shape, not some complicated online program you’re going to get stuck with, including an monthly fee if I’m not mistaken, I’m thinking an ab shocker belt is the way to go, no program I have to follow, just 30 minutes a day whenever I can fit it into my daily routine, and easy toning is going to follow, I hope after a week I’ll be able to tell the difference.

Eva: Yeah I have read that stomach fitness can be anything, from doing crunches to using a stomach fitness equipment. It does not have to be online. Maybe a good idea to check out Twitter? Lee Ann: Guess I’m not quite sure what this question means…i never really associated ab toning with online stuff at all…I always think about all the different stomach fitness equipment that is out there, all the stuff they try to sell which often does not work (would not recommend the Ab Coaster FYI). so i started looking for something that was fast and easy and might give me better results. I bought it online, but i don’t have to follow an online program. I just put on this ab belt and let it go. I did read some reviews to help me learn about it. But that was about the only online factor.

Gingelly: Stomach fitness is what you make it, I mean do you want to be able to bounce a quarter off your abs? I’m a little on the senior side for that, myself, just want to stay toned and healthy looking, an abdominal toner is going to be my exercise of choice over all those other machines you see all the time, I like it that it does the work for me, and I can still watch all my regular tv programs without having to go anyplace to exercise.

christy: I don’t think so. ALthough there is a lot of bad stomach fitness equipment advertised online and on tv, there are also some good products that can help give you some good results with very little effort. Someone already mentioned an ab toning belt, and i think that if you find a decent one for a good price, you should jump on it.

Alex: What kind of question that, are you like 10? You need to stomach fitness routine? get off the computer and start doing some crunches on the floor.

Sebastian: Why would I follow an online program when I can just use my abdominal belt and call it a day? It’s not the only thing I use, I still lift and run besides, but getting involved in some kind of pay as you go thing on the internet just seems plain crazy to me when there’s so many other ways to get fast and easy results. Stomach fitness is important, for sure!

galeen: I think real stomach fitness means that you have a strong core and a really good indication if this is no back pain. It may take a lot of work, but there once you get your core in shape, you will have a stronger back and be able to support your body weight better. Real results can be felt before they can be seen. Remember that.

Helena: Stomach fitness has been around longer than the INternet, so to answer the question…no, no online program is necessary. But you CAN find good deals on equipment online. Try somethinglike an abs belt, you could actually use that to work the abs while surfing the net or watching tv whatever you please. Fast results & easy to use.

Minda: No, don’t need an online program, just some stomach fitness exercises and an ab belt I’m telling you, 30 minutes of crunches, leg lifts and then my abdominal belt? I feel good to go, don’t have to plan gym time, a real plus. Anybody know the best ab workout moves for lower abs?
