Does anyone know if abdominal crunches during pregnancy or after can help women with ab toning results?

Kirsty A.: MY advice is just don’t overdo it if you choos e to do abdominal crunches pregnancy is a very delicate time for the formation of your baby. GOod health is important I say wait until after to really worry about toning your abs.

Oona: thanks for the advice on abdominal crunches equipment. I just found I am pregnant and want to stay in shape for me and new babe will check out abdominal crunches youtube as well for the best ab workout video .

Joe: If a doctor says its okay – think females should do abdomial crunches exercise when pregnant as well as exercise the lady parts . Abdominal crunches machine are really a personal choice.

465MarriettaGA: I just saw this video of a 6 month pregnant woman doing abdominal crunches youtube – so weird! Looked like she had to be hurting something but my doctor said it is perfectly ok to do crunches up to 8 months. I read that if you come up with a good pregnancy work out routine you won’t have to work so hard after the baby comes. Read some abs belt reviews that look like they can help for afterwards too.

Sandy: Well i am not sure, I am still thinking of consulting an expert to see whether or not i should be doing abdominal crunches during pregnancy, seems like it could harm th baby but I dont’ know. Definitely after, I imagine it helps rebuild muscle tone. HOwever I have read about an ab toning belt that seems like it would be easier to use, thinkg I could probably even wear it to tone up while breastfeeding.

Jessica: I swear Joe ifyou were right here in front of me I’d clock you one, where the ehck do you live, southern Alabama? I can’t believe I even read this! AAARGGGHHHH! ok, feel better now, it is a woman’s CHOICE if she wants to do abdominal crunches before during after pregnancy, in fact there are some good abdominal crunches youtube runs all the time, they really do help with getting rid of the baby belly we seem to get stuck wtih, but I’ll tell you what if you don’t want to actually do crunches, try an ab belt, that’s what I got after Suzee was born, I just didn’t have the strength to sit up practically, never mind do crunches, it’s an easy way to get back into shape post pregnancy…

Sabrina: abdominal crunches during pregnancy are prob good to help toning but you should be getting exercise all over to stay sane and healthy. Am not really clear on abdominal crunches ball or abdominal crunches pregnancy really.

Maura: Completely false! It may be okay to do situps and crunches during the first trimester but can actually be armful to the baby after that. abdominal crunches exercise can wait for after the baby is born!! Abdominal crunches equipment would to me be considered hardcore.

heather mead: yes they can help with toning results you want to do abdominal crunches exercise and eat right daily for best results, because you know, you wont’ get toned if you are eating crap food. and cardio workouts help burn the fat, also getting faster results. women have to work a ltitle harder after pregnancy but getting in shape can be done f you are committed.

Paul: Not sure about the abs belt some have mentioned but my wife uses an abdominal crunches ball of some sort and she’s looking great. THinking I might start trying it too, she’s gonna end up looking hot jsut months after being pregnant, and I won’t have an excuse.

Julia: I would wait for after your pregnancy to do any abdominal crunches exercise. I understand wanting to have ab toning results as soon as possible but we sometimes to learn to prioritize. I recommend starting slowly after the pregnancy. There may even be some abdominal crunches video for after pregnancy?

JustineR: Yes, do as much ab workout as your body will alow during pregnancy. I had some back issues during mine and used a standing abdominal crunches machine as part of my routine. Bbut now that I don’t have the weight of the baby, I am also using a toning belt for a core abdominal workout to keep everything tight.

Ritzi: Abdominal crunches machine wise, don’t think that’s a good idea when you’re pregnant, too many stresses on your body are not good then, that’s why I’m waiting til after my baby is born to get back to the gym, and for now I’m using an ab belt that’s giving me some easy toning before I have this child, but I’m going to not use it when I’m after 6 months, it just doesn’t seem as importatn, right this minute…

Kim: i agree – at a certain point it is time to quit the abdominal crunches during pregnancy and just prepare to have a healthy baby. I am pregnant now and i plan to lose my “baby bump” after by doing a cardiovascular exercise routine and also an ab belt for toning.

Laura: ABdominal crunches wiki, can I google that for advice about abdominal crunches? Maybe it would help answer the question about crunches and pregnancy, I don’t think that kind of ab toning is necessary, that strenuous, before delivery is a good idea, and wait at least 6 weeks after, but I think maybe a toning belt is good sooner than that, like maybe a couple of weeks after birth, get that tummy flat again fast, easy to do when you’re at home with a new baby. I mean, crunches for sure will do it, but you have to be nice to yoursefl for awhile, not stress about getting a perfect boyd right away…

Elsa: I did abdominal crunches until my 6th month and I was back in my skinny jeans when abby turned 9 weeks. But I was also spinning and nursing.

CATsDogs: Yeah, do as much as you can while your pregnant. After the baby comes, you won’t have any TIME! There is some decent abdominal crunches equipment out there and I do like the a b belt too. Whatever works for you is the right thing when abdominal crunches pregnancy is in mind.

jeremy: a good idea might be to look for an abdominal crunches video geared towards pregnancy, either prenatal or postnatal sure theres lot s of those around if you look online. although, that abs belt looks like a pretty easy way to go.

Jemima: What you should worry about as far as toning goes before you have your baby is OVERALL good muscle tone, don’t worry so much about yuor belly, it’s going to be a mess post pregnancy, no matter what you do, but before? Walk, swim, do it easy and naturally, then after you have the baby you can go to work on that stomach, crunches are for sure a good way to go, and you might want to try an abdominal toner for direct results.

Gina: Abdominal crunches for women during pregnancy, I go with the, do it until you can’t anymore school of thought, you sort of have your own built in pilates ball! But when it gets uncomfortable, stop, you’ll get back in shape after you have that baby, esp if you nurse and wear an ab belt at the same time, the PERFECT way to get that stomach down quick, tightening going on inside and out!

Sheila6months: So is the abdominal crunches ball okay to use during pregnancy? I used it before almost everyday and i kind of miss it but wouldn’t want to arm neither of us. has anyone had any experience or seen any good ab circle pro reviews ratings?

Rochelle: yes! I agree with the pet person ab belt work, look up abdominal crunches wiki and youl find out about all different forms 2 do a crunch including dragon flag crunches as created by Bruce Lee. You don’t have to do em on the floor, jut do what works for you -maybe wear a ab shocker too for extra resist.

LindaLovely: Abdominal crunches for women, for men, whoever…all good, all the time, but pregnancy? Not so sure about this, after, ok, before, maybe not, I’m thinking an ab belt may be a good idea for most, easy and fast, don’t have to worry about straining any important muscles, know what I mean?

Clara: I think abdominal crunches during pregnancy could help but using an ab toning belt is likely much easier. Wish I had had the option when I was a young other. Saw some abdominal crunches youtube but may not still be there.

Gabriella: I watched an abdoinal crunches video when I was pregnant, but that’s all I could do, WATCH! Igained like 70 pounds it was not good or healthy and now I’m fighting like crazy to get my stomach to disappear, doing crunches is sure a good way to get abdominal toning, but I want to have it happen faster thatn it is, ordered an abdominal toning belt to speed things up, maybe wthat would get you good results too?

Neila: Abdominal crunches pregnancy wise, maybe not such a hot idea, save it for after, get a flex belt, work it together, you’ll get yourself back fast! Or maybe try a abdominal crunches video?

Laura: What I think is that abdominal crunches for women who are pregnant is all a matter of your current fitness level & how comfortalbe you feel doing it. But never overdo it, just you know, take it easy on the abdominal crunches exercise. You can look more online at a abdominal crunches wiki.

morethanamom: Abdominal crunches for women can be difficult even when you’re not pregnant and I find wearing a good ab shocker no matter how little you’re doing is helpful. It is safe to do moderate abdominal workout after pregnancy but make sure you discuss your plan with your doctor. I mean abdominal crunches equipment seems old school now.

Nina: I say wait for after the pregnancy to exercise your abs. During pregnancy eat healthy, go for long walks and swim. I started about 3 months after i have birth to my little girl to exerciser, I found a bunch of abdominal crunches video online so I did that for 6-7 months before having a flat tummy again and guess what now I am pregnant with my second and have to start all over again!

Kaylie: Boy, Nina, I sure know what you’re talking about, I had 3 in 5 years, and it sure did take some work to get my belly back, abdominal crunches ball made all the difference in how I got a flat stomach again, takes awhile, the last time I added on an ab belt I wore after dinner, made the whole process fast…much better to double whammy that belly than just doing one thing or the other. BTW, abdominal crunches wiki had nada for me on searching for a abdominal crunches machine.
