Do you have to work or exercise abdominals daily to see results?
ChrissieMT: No, not daily. Maybe three times a week. I like doing plank exercise abdominals and crunches of course, mix it up and see what works best for you and your schedule. Have you checked out any of the ab belts? That’s waht I’m looking at now.
Lee: I am pretty sure that the best way to exercise abdominals is every other day. At least that what I do. Check online for some good ab exercises and get in the routine of doing it regularly. You should see results pretty quickly.
Anita: I can’t say that I do plank exercise abdominals every day, I just can’t, my muscles need some time to rest in between, I think that’s true of any really strenuous exercise, need some down time, so don’t stress if you’re not exercising every day, it’s not about how much, but what kind!
Lily: How to exercise abdominals doesn’t have to include every day, in fact it might slow down what your’e trying to do, muscles need some time in between stressing them out, the only think I think you CAN use everdya is one of those abs belts I’ve been reading reviews about, looks like one of those might kick up results fast, and yeah, you use it everyday, but you don’t have to do anything…just strap it on, 30 minutes or 20 min ab routine of little electric jolts, done. I’m kinda intrigued…
Georgia: I have been doing plank exercise abdominals that my husband instructed me and they ae tough. I tell you. I kind of just want an ab belt but he is giving me a hard time. I have seen some results but I dont know if I can keep up the effort with everything I have to do in the busy fall season.
Georgina: You don’t have to work daily to get great abs, just be consistent. There are many websites that will show you how to exercise abdominals properly and a few good products that will help too. Some of them get mixed reviews, but I really like the abdominal toning belt that I got recently.
CarbonCopy: I’m looking more and more like my mom everyday, which is kind of scaring me because she got a belly when she went through menopause that I sure don’t want to have, that’s why I’m looking for the best way to exercise abdominals, let’s let the genetics take a rest, ok? So far, it doesn’t look like I have to do anything every day, which is a great relief to me, I’m kind of lazy…just like she was!
Abbie: Anybody who says they can do plank exercise abdominals every day is a liar, or superwoman, that’s all I have to say! That is one TOUGH exercise, I love it, but jeez, it’s hard! That’s why I’m using the flex belt I bought on off exercise days, it keeps my stomach muscles moving so that I’m getting toning/conditioning every day, sort of a cross trainer, you know how good that is for you.
MAry: Well I think the best way to exercise abdominals is to alternate, every other day. Do cardio 5 days a week too, that will get you best results, plus eating healthily makes a difference too.
astrid: well i to think that the best way to best way to exercise abdominals is to do them every day. I used to hate that idea because it was hard…i was doing hanging abdominal leg raises every day and they were killing me. wasnb’t worth it. finally i injured my shoulder and that was that. Now I am using an ab shocker and it is so easy and the results are amazing.
Marilyn: I need to know how to exercise abdominals when you ae very consumed with ework all the time. I have gained weight since my new job entails a lot of hours at the desk and I wonder if there are little exercises I can do to tone up my abs. so much junk food and temptation conbined with less workouts. yuck. I feel sluggish and gross.
CamilleT: You can see results fast with some ab work about 2-3 times a week (depending on time spent each day). The best way to exercise abdominals when you ar not working out is to sit up straight at work or when driving. Concentrate on holding everything in. An ab belt will help hold you and activate your muscles a bit if you can get one.
Sophia: In my opinion the best way to exercise abdominals is to workout consistently, maybe not every day but 5 out of 7 days and week and stay away from carbs and booze. Not always easy but I gain weight if I look at a margarita. beauty is pain, girls.
Keith: I used to do crunches everyday bit i stopped, muscles need to rest.Perhaps there is way to exercise abdominals everyday but I don’t know what it would be. I too want to find good abs workout for men or even women at this point.
agnes: SO I never really knew even how to exercise abdominals the right way, until I met with a trainer a few months ago. Using a combination fo floor exercises and the big blue bouncy ball thing, I’m seeing results. I only go 3 days a week and do nohing at home.
Toni: DOing certain yoga poses like plank exercise abdominals real good, just hold it for as long as you can and do it a few times every day, and man, you will see results FASt! and combine that with an abdominal toning belt, you;ll be totally happy with the increased muscle tone.
