Desperately need to flatten ab fast. How long have you all been using your flex belt?


LizJ: I’ve been using the Flex Belt for about two months and am sure it has helped flatten ab muscles and made my core stronger. Like to use it at least 4 times a week, easily fits into my routine as a homemaker. Starting the New Year off right.

Lynda_p: My flex belt is pretty new but since i had read so many good reviews i am pretty sure i t won’t take too long for it to flatten ab muscles, am hoping maybe in about 6 week sor so. I think thats pretty good considering I hav e had no real ab routine in a very very long time. JUst giving it my best and hoping for good results.

Ellen: Well to flatten ab and get the kind of definition you want it might take a couple weeks with an ab belt but that is still pretty fast, faster than with Ab roller and unlike other equipment, i find the flex belt to be super easy. One thing to keep in mind though is that if u have a lot of excess fat your results might not show up as quick bcs the fat covers it. This is the case with any routine you do. diet is a good idea to speed thigns along.

Therese: Well I thought that all abdominal toning belts would flatten ab, so I got the VibroBelt after seeing it online. Was pretty dissapointed with the results, or lack thereof. Should have done a little more review research, sounds like the Flex belt is way better, but can’t afford it just now.

m.taylor: actually have not tried the flex belt but am using a different kind of abs belt to help me flatten ab muscles and get more definition. the one i got is the Vibro belt and i not exactly sure how it compares but its, definitely easy to use and seems to work ok.

Alan: Don;t have flatten ab yet but I sure feel like my abdominal toner is working for me. The pressure is awesome!

Jodi: Not easy to flatten ab with any ab toner, but after using the Flex Belt for only a week, can see that it is helping me do some good work on muscles that I could not really even feel before.

Tabitha: will I flatten ab faster if I do Malibu Pilates? I want core strength as well as the appearance of 6 pack abs and tight muscles? I have never used a belt either and would be open to that possibility.

Jay_D: Think some one said this but, yeah if you really wanna flatten ab fast, you gotta do some cardio every day as well as using your ab toning belt, only way you gonna burn the fat and see more definition. a combo program is the best idea. i’ve been using mine about five days a week for awhile and am liking what i see but like i said, its not all i do. all men and women seem to want an overnight change and well, its not gonna happen, with this or anythig else.

lorraine: I feel like I am able to flatten ab faster with this abs contour belt than i have with any thing else i have tried before. And i have ttreid all kinds of expensive equipment and time consuming routines. This is one that is fast and easy. i am feeling happy with the results!

Kim: If you add a cardio workout routine in addition of using the flex belt you will definitely get the flatten ab you want faster.

tom: I FEEL THE AB SHOCKER WORKING…MY MUSCLES MOVE ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT ME DOING ANYTHING ! PRETTY COOL ! I EXPECT RESULTS WITH THE FLEX BELT ANY DAY NOW. GOOD LUCK

allison: Yes, i agree…abdominal toner + cardio + diet is the way to get things happening fast. i think this routine i am doing now is gonna work for the long term too.

TISA: I HAVE THE AB BELT HOPING TO SEE RESULTS SOON, I JUST STARTED WORKING OUT AND WATCHING WHAT I EAT. AS OF TODAY 3/23/10 MY WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE AT THE LEVEL OF MY NAVEL IS 34IN. I WANT AT LEAST A 15IN BY JUNE. PRAY FOR ME. LOL

David: I have been using my flex belt now for 4 days now and i already feel the results (but with army PT, i had to start at a higher level to feel the contractions (35+) and i use it 3x a day with varying programs on the belt to maximize results and create muscle confusion)
