Definitely need to get my abs toner simply looking for fast easy results anyone know?


princessJasmine: yes, i have the answer for you, you need to get an abs toner belt or and ab machine that works that is the easy & fast way to tighter, stronger abs. read some online reviews to find one that you want but i personlay like the flex belt.

Mario_Bro: I mean, just doing lots of situps or crunches + cardio is gonna get you results, but that aint the fastest way to ge t there. I think maybe what you need is an abs toner machine of some sort, those usualy work better to isolate muscles and tone them that way. If you don’t got to a gym, check out home machines, there are TONS.
