Can anyone describe an effective ab crunch routine or progam?

Hailey: is there an ab crunch machine that really works quickly? I like to do aerobic exercises and stretching but have a hard time with ab work so I am looking for not something to make it so easy but to make me want to work those muscles. know what I mean?

Al: I use the ab crunch machine at the gym and do 3-4 sets of 30, I rest about a minute to 90 seconds in between sets. works for me.

Michaela: I don’t really have a fixed ab crunch routine but have been looking at something online like an ab belts for cheap that uses electronic muscle stimulation. I like the idea of an abs belt that you just have to strap on to see results, esp for abs workouts women! Just really want a daily ab workout women thats easy to do.

Letitia: My friend has an ab crunch board, you can adjust the height so the exercises keep getting harder and harder, but I’m telling you, unless you do it just right, and work up to the adjusted heights real slow, your back is going to be in trouble! I don’t think you should be that hard on yourself, personally, I’m looking at a belt that’s kind of an ab shocker? Your muscles contract from these little pokes you get through a gel pack? Sounds kinda weird, but I bet it’s better than that slant board!

SheilaVA: The best ab crunch program is always a little different for everyone, I think. I am the mother of 3 and before my kids had a very set excercise routine and used to use a bunch of different ab crunch equipment, but now, homebound, i had to find something I could use here. I like the Flex Belt, because I can use it anytime – never thought an ab toning belt would work for me, but it has.

Erica: Ab crunch equipment like a Pilates Ball and a ab coaster elite works good for me, but I only can go to classes a couple of times a week, I don’t have time in my schedule for any more than that, that’s why I’m looking at an abdominal toner like the Flex Belt I saw on t.v., at least I could do that every day, and then maybe I’d see fast results?

Victoria: I have been doing an ab crunch program in which I do many kinds of sit ups and crunches and then a standing routine also that develops difference ab muscles I want to try an ab belt just for fun thou what do you recomend?

Diane: what IS an ab crunch board? I am still really new to all of this, & i hear all kinds of stuff about different products, different exercise routines, programs, etc. Some of them seem like they’;re pretty hard work. i was hoping to get something kind of easy on my back, but an ab crunch board sounds a little bit medieval! i have heard some stuff about ab belts and products like that where u can use them while watching TV and its easy. i am going to keep looking online for something like that!

Sammie: I think a good ab crunch routine is sitting on the couch and reaching to the coffee table for some chips and dip! But I guess thats why I have a big gut. I want a routine that will work my flabby abs in 6 minutes. I am lazy and not afraid to admit to it!

JasmineRain: An ab crunch program that I like is using my Bosu trainer for about 45 minutes. It came with a great video set that i watch, but I have become a little bored of it. I don’t even know what an ab crunch board is, but I do like the sound of that abdominal toner described here.

MICK VAN DAM: For awhile I was using an ab crunch bench, and also the equipment at the gym. Problem is, I fel t like I was working so hard and not getting fast results. And also, the most annoyting thing, it was always crowded, had to wait fo rit. Kinda hard to stick to a routine, when all these dudes always hanging out, spending forever on the things. Anyway, I started thinkabout an abs belt too and started reading some reviews. Haven’t decided on one yet but does seem like nto just an easy way to go but pretty legit too.

Mike: I like the reverse crunch it works on the lower abs, it’s not easy but it works. the basic crunches is good too of course. Tons of ab crunch exercises, hard to think of a single one that works the best, i think it just a matter of doing it right.

Carmella: Ab crunch exercises are not really giving me much in the way of results, I’ve been doing them at home, maybe I should go to a gym to get into a real routine? I dunno, some women I know go to Curves, which looks like fun, but they’re not exactly slim, you know what I mean, I think they mostly chat and don’t really get a real workout, that’s why I’m thinking of one of those ab toning belts I’ve been hearing about, the before and after pictures I’ve seen are amazing!

VinceN: I have insomnia, bad, man. Watched about 1000 infommercials in the last month. The only one that struck a chord with me was something for a toning belt that uses some kind of electrionic muscle stimulation, is that what you all are talking about here? It’s for men too, right? Maybe i need to get one of those.

Lee Roberts: Was watching some program and saw an ab crunch bench. i don’t know if i always trust a program for doing ab crunch as seen on tv but it seemed sorta good, for working your core. But now I;m thinking I should read more of these abs belts reviews and see if there’s somethng simpler, that will take up less space. You gotta stick to some kinda program using them belts or what?

Sean: What part of the abs to you want to work on? Lower, upper or obliques?

robbo: yeah i have an ab crunch machine at home but i stopped using it it is annoying and super hard and doesn’t really give me good results on my obliques or other muscles. i mean, i want to get rid of this thing if anyhone in the market. Been reading some ab belt reviews and i think i found the one i want. gonna rock the ab belt while i watch TV on MY schedule.

Dan: ab machines are good at the gym but I never found anything for home use that compares and I just cant summon the strength for a 1000 crunches after work. so I have a beer gut. until I get the right machine.

ILYA IVANOVICH: so – a question for you fellowes – do you think that ab crunch as seen on TV products are hi quality or do they just break ? i am not so knowledgable about that. i am on a regular schedule of strength training but i am not to happy with myu results of my situps.

LondonFace: I guess whatever ab crunch exercises/ routine u chose, it’s important to remember to do series of 25-30and rest in between.

Lou: I’ve got one of those bars you stick through a doorway, works pretty good as ab crunch equipment, simple, easy to use, but when i forget to take it out the kids trip on it, which isn’t so good, so I’m thinking of moving onto something else that’s not in the way so much, like an ab contour belt, that shouldn’t bother anybody, and then i can get rid of the rug burn on my shoulder blades.

Faye: While I, for one, would like to work ALL my abs. I really need the best, most comprehensive ab crunch routine there is! Have tried just about all ab crunch exercises and never can stick to them for long. I not looking for an easy way out but..sure would like to stick to a plan that work! an abdominal toner is looking more and more appealing..

Richard: I do a few crunches when I think of it, run once a week and try to eat healthy. Never really did an ab crunch bench. I like a balaned life overall is what i strive for. for my physical as well as mental health I want to stay young anf fit feeling. I like the sound of a good ab crunch program, and a machine, well that is a clever idea.

Carlos: I HATE crunches!!! so whatever routine or program u chose, it’s gonna suck man whether its an ab crunch as seen on tv or not!!!
