Are all abs machine created equally. Have seen some on TV and was wondering how easy they were to use?

Ella: The abs machine on tv that I see most is the Contour Ab Belt and I am not convinced it is the best one. I think it is easy to use, but have read some comments on other review sites that say it just does not provide enough stimulation. They should all be easy, but like other things, you will get out of it only what you are willing to put in.

andrea: Am gonna have to say, no, not all are created equally. Some are cheap & some are way tooo expensive. IF you want an abs machine that works I say go for an abdominal toning belt and read online reviews, don’t just go for the abs machine as seen on tv i mean, some of those are good, others, totally not worth it. THe belts are easy to use though and get results pretty fast. I would say they are the opposite of a hard ab workouts for men and women.

Karina: I saw an abs machine infomercial the other night for something called ab roller and I think abs machine exercise of this kind is always harder than it looks on tv I’m not really into crazy ab workout or anything like that.

Maddy: I too saw an abs machine on tv that made me very curious. It looks easy but of course the girl using it was already skinny and toned and I am neither. I dont need a 6 pack of abs but I would like to lose this roll of fat. I cant even fit in my good jeans right now. UG.

Like the abs contour belt, that’s the abs machine infomercial that runs all the time, it says it’s way better than anything out there, but I’m not so sure that’s true, I’ve been looking at a Flex Belt on line, and I think it’s got it beat…they both sure look easy to use, though, that’s true.

bittleman_r: don’t be fooled by the advertising and the sleek bodies of the models they hire to show how good ab toners are on t.v. remember those people didn’t get that way with that product alone (if at all) however i have seen the research for the abs machine electric muscle stimulation and that looks like solid piece o f equipment. Easy to use, yes. start your research there particularly if you plan on reading any abs machine reviews.

Lola: I trust the abs machine reviews i read on a site and it does not look like all abs machines are created equally. Most of them are harder than they appear, but a couple of ab belts I’ve seen look very easy and esp look for abs machine that works.

Abbie: Abs machine exercise is WAY easy, but I think to have it work best you have to combine it with some cardio and healthy eating, I know it’s the same old advice, but there just isn’t one single way to get a flat tummy, have to work your body and your mind from all angles to get what you want.

Jane: Watching an abs machine infomercial I ws inspired to get one but then I got one and it ws not what it was cracked up to be. It ws hard and I hurt my bck. Now I think I want an ab belt,something simple I can use while doing other things that will tone my stomach and help me pull my waite in.

Lousa: Most of the abs machine reviews I’ve been reading online talk about this abs machine electric way to get toned, called EMS? It sends little shocks to your stomach muscles so they contract real good and then you get toned without having to do crunches etc. whether they’re all alike I don’t know, I’ve only tried the one, the Flex Belt, and it’s just as fast and easy as it says..

MonaMona: NOt all are the same and not all are easy or get instant results. Even if you use an abs machine exercise is still very very important, i mean in the cardio sense. still got burn fat, allthese do is help with muscle tone. i agree that the abs belts seem like the simplest way to go, could be an easy routine to get into also.

Georgia: Any abs machine electric device seems like it could work if you also exercise and have a good program ion place.

Sequin: The abs machine as seen on tv that I’m kinda liking the looks of is this contour abs belt that’s supposed to jolt you or something so that your stomach gets a work out through electric shock? It sound kinda weird, but I think it just might work, the before and after pics sure look good…

Giselle: Oh it IS so easy to get sucked into watchiing an abs machine infomercial and just dream about the body you would have, if only you had that machine. Yeah, I’ve been there, and i;ve paid dearly for my impulse purchases. stick to the online reviews taht seem most factual/objective and skip the tv ads.

Albemarle: An as machine that works for me is the Flex Belt, I’ve had it for only about a month but I’ve been using it everyday and so far so good….so fast and easy!

Norah: ALso saw an abs machine on tv that i was very tempted to buy but thank god i read the reviews online and sawa that lots o f people were disappointed! dont even remember wha t it was, it was not a belt but more complicated. i like what i seen about the flex belt better than anything else and am leaing in that direction. Jen: as seen on tv abs machine could be bad once you get it home you know. You have to be careful and plus I think an ab belt is more practicall.

Aden: Think the abs machine on tv ads are to sell you something, of course, but better off doing your own research, don’t believe everything else on tv. do you? So better to rread some abs machine reviews on our own, figure out for yourself which abs machine that works the way you want is gonna be the best for you. Trust yourself, not those talking heads.
