Stella: i think my abs contour belt is more of a “fitness equipment” than the ab coaster ever was. I used the ab coaster for quite a while and i thought it was really hard on my back. To me, fitness equipment is supposed to make your body more powerful and healthy, not throw out your back. i feel my ab belt giving me those funny little twitches where my muscle contracts and i am so excited about the results. i am also dieting and walking daily, i agree this is improtant too.
AudioVisual: I really like to work out with my ab belt to music, makes it so easy, and damn straight it’s exercise equipment, especially if you combine it with something else!
angela: In my opinion, they sure are! To me, its fitness equipment if it helps you get toned or in shape, and it feels like that is what my ab belt is doing. Just bcs it happens to be easy and more fun than situps doesn’t mean it can’t produce results. And to me fitness results is what makes it fitness equipment.
Caroline: Yes, I agree. An ab toning device is fitness equipment for sure. You have to engage and be willing to use it and eat right and it makes it easier but still you are going to be toning your ab muscles and working hard. I do a lot to stay in shape, inckluding using the vibro belt pro.

Brandon J.: Yes I would say ab toners are considered pieces of fitness equipment because they DO help to get in shape. I use one while running on the treadmill to work my abs and its been a real good routine for me. Fits in my schedule better than using the Ab Circle Pro did.
