Anyone have any results with the abs scissors?


V.: Are you talking about the “as seen on TV” abs scissors or the old school abs scissors exercise?

Liz: abs scissors exercise sounds a little intimidating I am not very athletic or coordinated but I want to get in shape and get thin and have strong ab muscles I am hoping there is an ab machine for me. not the vibro belt, my SIL says that doesnt work. thanks in advance.

Lola: I don’t want to try anything called body by jake ab scissors exercise, it reminds me of Pilates and those find your center and then do leg crosses and stuff, way too hard for me, think an ab belt is more my speed about now, I’ve earned being near a senior, after all.

TMkiki: What exactly are abs scissors exercise? I was looking for something easy that does not require too much work.

Sam: Yeah the abs scissors exercise I do in pilates are terrific, it’s far from easy but I feel it quick and it works.

Dottie: Sure you can get results with doing abs scissors but it gets boring, at least fo r me. I prefer using an ab belt, avoid being on the ground and all that. An easy -er program for me to follow, you gotta be careful you know to get the best ab workouts for women.

Andrea: abs scissors are craz y hard but they give your a bs good definition and core strength which is key for balance and everything in athletics. You will become better at everything. Get healthy gals.

Ruth: not gonna get a six pack in a week just from doing abs scissors exercise but then what will do that rihgt? effective, sure. my daughter recently got an ab toning belt though and i tell y,a, for women after pregnancy, ThaT is the way to go. might be trying that one myself.

Abigail: abs scissors exercise are good for getting toned but I have a lot of weight to loose too! I like Body by jake products usually.

Todd: A couple series of 3 of abs scissors exercise a day and you are definitely gonna see results.

DIRK: If you don’t wanna buy anything, doing abs scissors is a good work out for the lower body. Gotta do more than just that though, to really see results. I like to combine those sorts of exercises with an abdominal toning belt, because i feel it gives a more complete muscle toning that way.
