Anybody read a review on an easy six pack machine?

Caroline: Could there be such a thing as a six pack machine? I have tried Malibu Pilates and Hot Yoga but never any type of machine, not even at the gym. But I would love to learn some at home workouts at home now that the weather is turning cold icy and nasty. I like to stay warm but I dont want to pack on the winter weight.

Leah: I am just starting to read reviews of ab machines. I would love to learn there is a six pack machine just waiting for me. BUt the truth is I am busy I eat fast food occassionally and I am a mother of two boys. I am not sure I will ever have those flat abs again. But I am determined to keep trying. So I am seeing whats out there not too expensive that I can get myself for Christmas.

Isolde: Do you think a swiss ball could be considered a six pack machine? it is sort of a simple machine. I think I get better results when I use it to do situps. You all should try this type of exercise thing.

Christine: The ab coaster is a six pack machine that I would like to try. I think if you make exercising fun you will do it with more frequently. I used to go running but now I dont have time. I want to sculpt my midsection quickly and efficiently.

Marla: What about an ab belt? I have not tried one but have read about how they work and I think as far as getting a six pack machine that woculd be fantastic because I could work my abs and stomach while doing all the million things I have to do around the house. I think I am on to something…

Hyacinth: I would like to get a six pack machine so that I can finally wear a bikini, which I never have been able to do. I recently went on a low carb diet and lost some pounds but I still have not toned my body as I would like so I think the final step is an ab exercisor and a gym membership so I can be fully confident.

Gretta: Getting a six pack machine and getting into a workout routine will help me to loose even more weight. I have been dieting but I know that exercise is essential. Can I do cardio and get a vibrO belt and you think that would do the trick?

Louise: I rea lly am desperate to be skinny and havea good body with a six pack machine like a ab roller I could be able to get that finally after all my life of being heavy and feeling ugly.

Mary: WOuld a six pack machine do anything for my legs? Probably not. But I have chubby thighs as well as having a muffin top. MAybe I need to do cardio? But I want to be toned and have a strong core. So hard to know where to begin. I wish I could afford a personal trainer but I just have to get one product or machine that works really well for osmeone who has not done much workingout.

Elinor: I am reading reviews of diets and exercise machines including a six pack machine I saw for sale because I want to heave a totally toned body by the time I am older. I have always been just a little over weight not fat but never perfect or skinny. I am going to see what else there is and then I will let you all know. So for right now just the support of knowing there are other women in the same position trying to become healthier and feeling greta about our figures. Thanks!!

Evie: Hmmm, I guess I’m not sure what a six pack machine might be, like would that include an abs contour belt? It’s not a machine, exactly, but I’ve been reading about them online, sure seems like a fast and easy way to get toned, can even watch tv when you’re wearing one, I don’t see how it could get much easier than that…I guess I’m just trying to figure out which one to buy…like the best ab belt review?

Courtney: It is fun to talk diets, and express different opinions about what machines work, etc. I used to do the Ab circle at my work gym but since i lose my job and work from home I need a six pack machine that is portable and manages to work on my abs. I dont want to gain a bunch of weight like some of my friends have done since they work from home at their computeers. Going to take a long walk run now just to make shire!

Candace: I want an easy way to get six pack abs, my next door neighbor used to do power lifting until she blew her back out, you wanna talk about abs? But there’s no way I’m ever going to get into that, I’m almost to the age where I have to say “seniors”, oh dear, so am looking for something easy like an abdominal toner that I don’t have to get down on the floor or anything, I can schedule any time to use it, and I like the idea I don’t have to have a set plan, just look for the results in a short amount of time! This could be it for us…

Reba: Reviews I’ve been reading about 6 pack machines are things like the vibro belt, ab twister, ab circle pro…but the one I’m finding the most interesting is for something called a toning belt, it seems like I don’t have to do anything with it except put it on and wait for the results, before and after pics are awesome…gonna try to narrow down my choices, thinking Flex Belt, so far.

Peony: Six pack machine? That sounds like it should be spitting out coca colas! hahahaha! But here’s what I’ve been reading…about the best thing out there seems to be an ab toning belt, they have these little gel packs in them that conduct electricity and they sort of jab your muscles and it’s like doing a bunch of crunches, except you don’t have to actually do them? I don’t see what could be easier than that…

Emmeline: I never really liked using a six pack machine which is why I am getting an ab belt. I just need it to be easy, frankly. I have two kids under two and a lot to do around the house and I eat well so exercise needs to be quick and painless.

KellyAnne: A six pack machine that I’m considering is one of those ab shocker belts, I’ve been reading reviews online of easy and fast ways to get toned abs, this seems like a great way to do it, I’m pretty tired of my ab roller, and besides, I’m getting rug burns when my knees hit the floor, not good. I want a way to exercise that doesn’t hurt me!

Jade: Do you think a six pack machine review that I read about something called an abdominal toning belt could really be all that it says? I sure would like an easy, fast way to get toned results in a hurry, and all the reviews seem to point in this direction.

Constance: would you consider a pilates machine a six pack machine? I have been dying to get one of those I think they are a smart economical means to exercise.
