Jasmine: How to get abs exercises? I did 100 crunches a day to tone stomach love handles and couldn’t get rid of them. I think the only way to tone stomach 2 weeks is by completely changing your diet and getting a good cardio routine.
Karen: Haha, in a week? I think it’s called tummy tuck:) No tone stomach exercises would work for you that fast unless you did a free ab workout chart or something like that.
Nicole Jenkins: Yeah, I need to tone stomach and thighs, but I guess I should work on my stomach first. I am even willing to do a Butt Workout. I have been looking at some ab belt reviews online. Anyone ever try the belts? I am interested in one for my gut and butt. Sorry, this is not really an answer to your question, but I would like to get some advice too.
Kirsty, PA: If all you worried about is firmer tummy, not losing wieght or anything, try doing a combo of tone stomach exercises like crunches & plank pose and also, do more cardio, that helps too.
Meg: Whenever i try to tone stomach exercises tend to be my first approach. however, i have never gotten the results i wanted in a fast and effective manner. also, i find that it is hard on my back which is not so great and it really doesn’t fit so well into my schedule so i usually end up giving UP within a week. I need to try something else and lately i have been obsessed with these reviews of ab belts, anyone familiar? They shock your muscles into exercising on their own, almost like those pianos that play themselves, i am psyched to try one i just have to figure out the best one.
Fantasia: The best way to tone stomach and thighs is to first lose some weight, then the toning will be easier and you’ll actually be able to see the results, can’t notice a lot of exercise if it’s all covered with fat, I learned that myself, but now I’m lighter; a lot of crunches and an ab belt are putting me over the toned top!
janice: have also been reading reviews on abs belts and i think that may be the way to tone stomach fast all you do is wear a belt and let it do its thing, for toning. i don’t if you will really dramatically see a tone stomach in a week but probaly after a month.
Roberta: I so wish I could tone stomach love handles in a week! I’ve been working on getting rid of this side muffin top for 3 weeks and am seeing very little progress, I’m thinking maybe one of those ab contour belts that goes all the way around your waist might be something to find out more about, sure seems like one would help target this area.
jane: well i am sure there are ways to tone stomach fast, but a week might be pushing it. I think even if you exercise really hard for a week you might only see slight results, and this is if you are an average weight. if you have a lot of abdominal fat u might not even see the results. anyway there are a lot of abdominal toner exercises & eequipment out there that can work fast, but you might wanna read up online to see which is fastest.
EnidHall: I would be happy to tone stomach two weeks doesn’t seem like that long, one week is probly pushing it, bu twho knows if you exercise hard every day and maybe follow up with an abs belt that I’ve been reading reviews about, it might could happen?
Jenny: I think tone stomach fat looks better than cellulite stomach fat but either way, fat is fat, and noo way are you going to be able to get rid of that in a week unless you’re only maybe 5 ounds overweight and a glutton for punishment at the gym.
Sammy: I can’t believe no one mentioned crunches! Hello! If you want a tone stomach fast, or to tone stomach and thighs just go on the floor right now and start doing lots of crunches. Get in a routine if doing that everyday and in a few days u should have a more toned stomach.
Mira5: MY goal is to get e more tone stomach in 2 weeks and so what I;m doing is taking classes at my gym (they have a 30 minute abs workout 3 times a week) and also doing hundreds of crunches befoer AND after my five mile run every day. Its hard work but am seeing results.
Benita: To get a tone stomach after pregnancy is not all that easy, my goodness, what all that stretching of muscles, skin, all of it, can do to a girl’s body! It’s just frightening, sometimes I cry when I look in the mirror, but at least I know my stomach is going to get smaller, rather than bigger, so that’s good, I’m doing crunches and sit ups, even bought an abs belt…but one week? No way.
Anabella: Getting a tone stomach in a week sounds a bit too ambitious. I’ve had success with crunches, cardio but it took awhile before my stomach was firmer. Maybe 6-8 weeks. Something like that.
Cecilia: I do crunches 3 times a week and use an ab belt to tone stomach fat. Hoping to tone stomach 2 weeks.
lucy: well you know maybe you can’t TOTALLY tone stomach in a week but u can get off to a good head start in my opinion. but yes, you probably would need to be at a healthy weight in order to see the definition. i fyou are overweight you might not even be able to tell you got results.
Anyway, i do think progress can be made in a short period of time if you are willing to do the work and fit it into your schedule. LOTS of good ab machines out there, and also ab belts.
Greg: So wait are you folks saying that you can tone stomach muscles without exercising through one of these ab toning belts? Sounds very easy but i wonder how well it could possibly work. Someone, pls let me know ,ore about this.
i want results. thx
susantaylor: yes i agree, unless you are already in decent shape its hard to see results in a week. i am trying to tone stomach muscles with an abdominal toning belt that i recently purchased, had it afew weeks and agree that, its eeming to be a great way to tone stomach after pregnancy. traditional methods weren’t working, and women in my situation need somethingthat not only will work but can be partof a hectic schedule. give it more time but try this, you will see improvement.
Cardamom: I want tone stomach muscles too, but let’s be realistic here, a week? I don’t thnk that can happen, but I’m glad somebody’s talking about crunches, that’s wehre you have to start, and maybe an ab shocker belt, I heard that EMS technology really works fast and easy to get you toned, but I don’t think anything will work as fast as you’re looking for.
Pat: DOing Pilates to tone stomach fat that works.
Cloris: Can I get a tone stomach in 2 weeks, that would be so cool, would the abs belt things I’ve been reading about help get me there that fast? One week, I can see how that prolly wouldn’t be possibe, but two looks like it could be do-able, ahve to have a sense of realisim in all we do, ladies, or we’re sure to be disappointed.
Gina: I would like to have a tone stomach in a week too! But how do we do it? I’m looking for that answer, too.
Pete: I think tone stomach in 2 weeks sounds a bit more realistic. Diet/sit-ups/cardio.
MAson: Starve yourself and burn lots of calories, that will work, temporarily – NOT ADVISED AND NOT HEALTHY. Sorry I jus think its unrealistic to expect to see resultswith anything that quick, you want a tone stomach 2 weeks is also unreasonable, more like 2 months to tone stomach fat.
Melvina: I want a tone stomach fast I bet I can do it in 3 weeks if I try really hard, go to the gym and let my trainer finally push me as fast as he thinks he can, get on South Beach, the first 2 weeks on that ought to drop off maybe 8 -10 pounds, and then get an ab belt for a back up, that’s a good time frame I think, any less than that, probably isn’t going to happen the way you want.
Kassie: Well I can tell you that trying to tone stomach after pregnancy was hardest thing I’ve done, physically. Wehn you’re pregnant, you lose tone stomach muscles and gain fat. The ONLY thing that made a difference for me was this ab toning belt I got. I still wear it every day for least 15 minutes.
benjamin: what’s the best way to tone stomach love handles? Thats the biggest problem i have and it drives me crazy. no matter how hard i work on situps and crunches i see now results. so these ab belts you are all talking about do you think that could help with my love handles? bcs I ‘hate” them.
SarahStars: I think the best tone stomach exercises are still crunches, have to go along with you there, but the ab roller I use everyday is helping a whole lot too, and I’m feeling like my bac is stronger with this, takes the sting out fo the crunches, and then I follow up my floor exercies with strapping on a Flex Belt, it’s the easiest part of my routine, and I have to say I’m getting fast results from the combination I’m trying…not in a week, though!
Dinah: LOts of those ab machines can help you to get fast results, and if you want to really entirley tone stomach love handles are also important to tackle, do exercises for obliques PLUS upper & lower abs, sweat hard, push yourslef nad don’t complain. Not sure any tone stomach after pregnancy.
Tina: IT won’t work super fast but if you doa pilates workout to tone stomach and thighs you’l be very pleased with results!
Melissa: Well I don not really think you can tone stomach in 2 weeks, and I definitely couldn’t tone stomach in a week. I think 3 weeks is a reasonable time to tone stomach fast – at least realistically. Lots of crunches, lots of cardio, less fatty foods.
Macina: Use an abdominal toning belt combined with tone stomach exercises like crunches and planks – fit it into your schedule, if it’s important enough to you to tone stomach 2 weeks.
