Am tired of all the program thats supposed to like exercises abdomen and stuff. Looking for a new routine anybody got one?
JennyF.: No kiddng, there;s like all the abs videos and coasters and rolllers and balls and i think they all are pretty lame. or i just get bored with doing them. anyway i am now using a toning belt that exercises abdomen waist is getting smaller! thats the coolest part. I still do cardio and everything just no more crunches. Its not eally a program, just wear it for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, super easy for exercises abs obliques.
Laurel: pilates exercises abdomen muscles from what I understand. My sister is doing pilates at her gym and wants me to join her but I know you can get equiptement and videos to to it at home which might be good, at leas tot begin with so i am comnfortable and dont look like a fool in public. I need to read more about it. its like yoga I think…
Caitlyn: Pilates exercises abdomen very well, I think. Have you tried that? I just started doing it twice a week and my instructor just got this ab shocker thing that she says I can use when I go to my next session.
Elizabeth: I’m kinda with you, feeling too young to be so out of shape I hear that pilates exercises abdomen muscles really well, but I’m not so sure I want to commit to classes, seems like a lot and I could only go after work when I have zip energy, so I’m thinking about an ab energizer belt, you know, like they have on t.v.? Seems so easy and it’s not like I don’t want a toned tummy, I just want a fast way to get there.
Connie: I think yoga exercises abdomen ok, but you need to add cardio to get better results. What’s the deal with the abs belt? Is it electric? Will they exercises abs obliques?
Marion: Swimming? Not sure what are the best exercises abdomen but it’s a fun way to workout for men or women. I swam a lot after my pregnancy and got results pretty quickly.
Petunia904: Yoga exercises abdomen core muscles best of all, that’s what I’m learning, and it’s very relaxing to hold some of those positions for a long time, like Downward Dog? My muscles just sing! BUT, you can’t do it every day, really, so I’m thinking for my off days I’d use an ab toning belt just so I don’t feel like I’m slacking off, looking at it as cross training, no effort to it, I think a great plan to continue to stimulate my abs without the every day feeling of a constant workout, seems like the results should be great.
Yolanda: A good routine for me while I was pregnant was about 35 crunches on a ball every other day, combined with daily walks. This best exercises abdomen for women, in my opinion. I haven’t tried the ab belt yet.
LAURA K. PRESCOTT: Classes ore o.k. just once in awhile for me, I guess I like to always go and try the newest thing but it bores me easily. I mean if you combine running & crunches and mabye one of those abs belt things its probably the best exercises abdomen muscles can get, doing that combo. Make a fitness schedule and go!
Mira: what kinds of yoga exercises can I do to strengthen my core? Also, I wonder if it would give me an advstroantage if I got one of those ab belts? I can tone and get stronger quicker so I become more advanced in the positions. Thats my plan for exercises abs obliques. I want to look good but do it healthy not stave myself like I used to.
Milan: Defintely would agree that when you do yoga exercises abdomen muscles get a great workout as well. But I dno’t think thats enough, it maybe is just apart of the whole routine. Do cardio, eat right, and yeah, get a stability ball or an ab belt or something that can help get those muscle s working harder. The belts themselves, are fairly new, bu t you know that technology has been arounda long time.
Portia: Looking for some exercises abdomen waist lower tummy, the whole works, I’m kind of with you in trying to find the perfect thing to hit all of them, maybe one of those ab belt dealios, that’s what I’m doing, reading lots of reveiws, be so cool to have a routine like that the only effort is strapping the thing on and letting it do the work, i could get into that.
TracyfromOH: I know what you mean. A lot of the ab machines I’ve seen on tv are not all that great or as easy as they claim. Sounds a little weird but I’m actually using an ab energizer and this exercises abdomen waist the best for me. I can use it anywhere, which I like. It was not necc one of the ab machines seen on tv.
calla: All i hear about is how u should do exercises abdomen waist bcs that is the area that can lead to heart attacks if you get fat. but i want something fast and easy, i don’t want to be doign all that work, i work enough. I want a plan that gets me results. checking out ab belts and i think that’s gonna be the thing for me.
Rosemary: Pilates exercises abdomen muscles in a good way, true, but it’s so hippie and I’m older now, I wnat something up to the minute, not the same old, same old, so in my looking I’ve rund across the ab toning belt, I ‘m thinking this si a very mondern wa to go, follow the technologie, right, isnt’ that what we’re supposed to do, so I’m going to orede one and see if it’s as fast and easy as it looks online, will I really have results in a week? Will let you know, could be a new age miracle, right?
Tessa: what are the best exercises to nip your waite? I just had a baby and I cant lose the last 15 pounds and I cant find a routine I can do with consistency. I know I should be patient but I want to look good on vacation in Hawaii next month.
Katy: Also got tired of the whole crunches routine and all of the videos I ever bought have been collecting dust for years. In my opinoin nothing tops pilates exercises abdomen and the whole entire core. IF you find a good classs, it doesn’t get boring, as long as the teacher challenges you & switches it up. Its how i got back into shape fast after being pregnant its a natural sort of ab energizer.
Ellie L.: if you do theright kinds of routines for you know, getting the upper & lower abs and also the sides, the obliques, you know every thing that exercises abdomen waist is gonna get smaller in time,if you stick to to a plan. it won’t be easy esp bcs you also should eat more fiber & veggies but i think women needa work harder than men to see results, with an abs belt or just doing a floor routine.
Tannis: Did someone mention pilates exercises abdomen best? I don’t think that’s true at all. I mean it def helps with core strength, but as far as how your abs look, I think you need to do more work intense muscle work to actually see definition – the ab contour belt is something I wear while doing my routine which includes lots of crunches and push ups too – that really works the core more than you would think.
Juliet: Yoga exercises abdomen, obliques, back, the whole works, sure, but the instructor I have drives me nuts, she’s just os EEARTHY, you know, so I’m thinking DVD’s at home might be better, and I ran across something called an ab energizer while I was looking around on line for at home exercise programs, are they really as complete as they seems? Would like to try one before I buy, to know if exercises abs obliques – however, or is there a money back on them?
Eva: Okay, for sure pilates exercises abdomen but at what cost?? I went to a free class with my friend last night and almost passed out it was so hard! I in pretty good shape, I run 3 miles 4 times a week and do play with the balance ball at home for abs but OMG pilate is sooo hard for me. I say try one of those abdominal toning belt, my room mate had one and she loves it, seems to work 4 her too.
BJ: ey have some good abdominal toner or machine at my gym. What gym do you go to? I want best ab belt for men? I go to equanox and we have at least 4 different ones, i switch i get bored of one and it works every muscle of my abdominal belt they even have one that exercises abdomen waist exclusively, my g.f is addicted to that one.
