Am interested in an ab energizer. Whats the best six pack ab routine out there?


Travis: I think to get any kind of good abs results you have to pay attention to what you eat, sort of six pack ab meals, which include all the six pack ab foods like lots of protein hardly any carbs, that’s one of the six pack ab secrets that nobody talks about, have to lose the weight, not just work the muscles to look really good and sure the ab energizer belt works great to help you get into that six pack ab routine, but use it with some cardio, too, any six pack ab routine has to include all these things.

GuyH: I think the best six pack ab routine around is P90x or Insanity. You need a whole body workout to see real abs results and both come with suggestions for six pack ab meals. This will work if you have the guts to work it.

LuLu: I think a six pack ab program should include an ab energizer belt, quick results, makes you feel like you really can get that look you want! But like Travis was saying, very important to follow a six pack ab diet as well, and if you can stand some crunches, they’ll really get you a fast six pack ab workout that will be hard to beat.

Jenn: Im sure six pack ab meals involve fewer carbs and more protein but is there something specific I should know as a 40 year old woman?

NWillis: Those programs are way too hard and strict, for me Guy! What are some good six pack ab foods? I was also looking at an ab energizer, but want to change my diet plan too. Think if I do that, I can definitely get some six pack abs without all that work requird by those killer programs.

Will: I don’t think Insanity is a good six pack ab routine for me. Just too hard. I will look into gettin an a b belt – looks easy and fast.

Leo: Has anyone tried a weighted ab workout like with a weight vest? I want a six pack ab workout and accompanying diet. six pack ab foods would help me to lose weight I think and keep me focused and on track.m

JaMayKa: Yeah, make sure six pack ab diet is part of your routine, but I think an abdominal belt is always a plus. Very easy to use and you can make it part of your regular six pack abs routine that includes crunches and plank stands for at least 30 minutes twice a week.

Hillary: This month’s Shape has great six pack ab exercises – are you male or female. These are mostly six pack ab workout tips for women, but they are good. I hav not tried an ab belt.

GingerPeachy: Six pack ab program that I’m following is nothing too original, lots of walking with my ab belt, crunches when I can wok them into my six pack ab routine that’s not all that gelled, tell you the truth, I just keeping getting so bored, it’s hard to find a six pack ab workout I can stick with.

Denise: a six pack ab routine that I find effective is the Pilates. I have been doing it with machines and it is the first thing to work for me ever.

marisa: I mean is there really such thing as a six pack ab diet? I NEVER did a diet that made me have six pack abs. i always had to do an ab routine to get any results. I don’t know too much about ab belts but to me they seem better than situps and better than diet alone. I really want to find six pack ab exercises.
