Always wanted to know a good abs weight workout or routine. Can an ab toning belts help?

Mikey: I want to learn a weight lifting abs weight workout so I can be like the situation AND GET WITH IT!

Myron: Sure, an abs toning belt can help get the muscles toned and it seems to me like, if you have stronger abs weight loss comes pretty easy, as long as your doing cardio. i tend to hold my wegiht in my middle so for me its helpful to focus on that area. just read reviews online t o find a good one, some are better quality than others.

Calypso: An abs weight workout that’s doing great for me is this ab contour belt I bought, plust the cardio and weight training I’m doing at the gym, I feel like I could join the circus about now, no joke, or at least maybe become a trainer myself, I’m looking that good, think you have to do the combo, though, just the belt by itself is not gonna be enough I don’t think.

Sheila: I think abs weight workout is hard if you have to use weights while doing crunches. I like the ab toning belt option, because you don’t have to get on your back to get good results.

Cindy: Abs weight training has got to include some crunches and leg lifts, with weights if you’ve got em, I just don’t see how the abs belt is gonna be enough, I mean I think it’s great help, sort of like frosting on the cake, but without the heavier exercise, it’s just kinda slow for me, feel the need to really participate and sweat, but that’s just me.

neil: to me, using an ab toning belt is sorta like abs weight training because, you can gradually increase intensity level to get a harder workout. and its better than using weight machines because there is no back/neck strain involved. with a high-powered cardio workout, its a great combo.

Angelica: Abs weight lifting, yeah, put those ankle weights on, lift those legs, crosses, splits, you name it, gotta do the hard stuff along with the weight belt, it’s great for getting all those places that are hard to attack, love handles, etc, but you gotta do the regular floor exercises too, wish it weren’t so….

Bea: I have to learn some weight exercises abs because I know understand that you have to engage your core and strength training is good for women over 50. So much I didnt know before!

Winnie: Abs weight exercises really aren’t much fun, but hey, if you want results, that’ what you have to do, I swear by my Pilates Ball, but then I use a Flex Belt when I’m watching t.v. at night, I think it’s a great combination, and makes me feel like I don’t have too much down time, that I’m still exercising even when it looks like I’m not.

Morganna: The abs weight exercises i like involves using hand weights to add more resistance to regular crunches. You can also use a medicine ball. Not used an ab toner, so can’t speak to that.

Ramona: weight training abs is a great suggestion because I want to look strong and not just skinny. I want to be toned and have a ripped physiqie.

RockinRobin: Abs weight loss…yeah, gotta diet! Ugh, right? But what the hey, if you pick something like SouthBeach it’s not so bad, will work great, then ad an abs belt to it, you’re good to go before you know it….

Chakaluka: Who wants to sweat if they don’t have to? please. I’m all for doing abs weight exercises when its necessary but I don;t find it as crucial to do extra work, in that area at least, since getting my FLex belt. This thingis great for working my abs weight lifting is important for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, quads, glutes, etc.

TMaxwell: Abs weight training is really dificult if you don’t already have some core strength built up. Think starting off with an ab toning belt will help train your muscles to move on to more challenging work. I mean ideally would like to get to the point to have a good ab workouts without equipment.

aaron_h: my current abs weight workout consists of using a medicine ball while doing floor crunches, at the gyn, or putting on 50-75 lbs on the abs machines. while at home, an ab shocker is the way to go. i need the variety, personally, and seems to help get quixker results.

Dina: I just want an abs machine that works. I am so sick of bying stuff from tv that doesnt work. I need to lose this belly fat and get serious about abs weight training!

Rachel: Is there a connection between abs weight loss and and muscle tone? If so, I would think a toning belt could help firm things up even if the scale says you’re finally in good shape. Skinny and saggy isn’t pretty. Need abs weight exercises pronto!

Allison: I need some abs weight loss tips. I want to lose about 30 pounds of fat and flab and get toned and in shape so I could wear a bikini. What about abs weight lifting? WOuld ab ab belt do that as well as cardio?

JJM: Don’t like a abs weight workout. Too hard. Like abdominal toning belt better. Easy.

Josie: So whats the best abs workout you’ve ever done and what kind of abs weight lifting should you do if you want to see fast results? Can you do ab exercises while wearing a toning belt too?
