All of my life I have wanted six pack abs. Looking for something for men in their late 30s that has good reviews?
Lonnie: Did you read any reviews man? Lots of decent six pack abs workout plans around. Personally I prefer hitting the gym, using ab machine exercises and doing lots of crunches. ALso have heard about a six pack abs diet that could help make a difference with seeing results faster.
Trevor: I want even more than you do, I’m looking for something that will give me 6 pack abs in two weeks, don’t know if such a thing is possible, but what I’m doing is some heavy work outs at the gym and then I’m using an abs belt I bought off line, I’ve only been doing this routine for 5 days, not exactly easy so far, but I think maybe after another week there’s gonna be a big difference.

Cody: IF you ask me, most six pack abs routines are overrated. You can try all sorts of complicated moves but really, its a matter of toning the upper abs, lower abs,and obliques. YOu get al those areas, consistently, you’ll see greater definition.

James: I’m 43 man, and was so deperate I bought this six pack abs in 6 minutes video that was a bunch of bologne. The ONLY thing that works is hard work on a regular schedule, and an ab toner is not a bad idea either.

ChuckDforever: Yeah, everything I read online seems to be directed at six pack abs women, but is possible to get six pack abs fast if you run with an abs belt on. Just have to make sure you carry a towel with you, cuz the little electrodes will slip if you get too sweaty.

Cut out the crap food and keep your body trim, in addition to exercising ab muslces. Will: My six pack abs workout routine consists on drinking a lot of water, keeping a healthy diet, running 3 miles 4 times a week and doing ab exercises with a machine at the gym and at home every other day. I also do alot of lifting.
george: am using a flex belt, a very good six pack abs workout, in my opinion. can be used by men of all ages, even seniors. plus can be adjusted to what you want, either just toning or more intense workouts to get a six pack, by changing intensity level settings. very easy & flexible to most needs.
