After a pregnancy whats the best exercise program you can do for stomach training?
ZaraZara: There are a variety of different stomach training exercises you could do that will help you get results pretty fast blah blah blah I happen to think a great program to follow for women after pregnancy is using an abdominal belt, ab belts!!!because its easy to fit into a hectic schedule.You can read online reviews to find a good one etc…
Regina: well IMO the best post pregnancy stomach training program is one that is FAST, EASY and fits in with the insanity of a new mom’s schedule. i have to multitask like crazy and so its cool to have a routine you can do WHILE doing other things.
CrystalRivers: After pregnancy a stomach training program is tough, first of all I don’t want to even think about it, second of all because where am I going to find the time to do it? I’m thinking an ab belt might be the answer for me, all I have to do is put it on and I’ll get some toning going pretty quick, looks nice and easy, which is exactly what I want .

Work out videos can be good or getting an abs belt to wear while watching tv, reading, doing house work, etc is a good idea. IMO it definitely helps to isolate the muscles as well as do cardio to get the body back in shape after 9 months of being pregnant.

And go for long walks. YOu’ll be out of the spanx and a hot women again in no time.
