Abs cruncher in the past never worked for me. Are the new abs belts any better?
Jill: I used Ab Roller an abs cruncher and too felt like it was just feh, not great so I want a a belt maybe but only if I reads stellar reviews of one. I am 35 and a little overweight, but not obese.
KatieLynn: I have a giant abs cruncher machine in my basement, we used it for about a month and quit, what a waste of money! I felt like it was trying to throw me all over the room, WAY too big a commitment of time and energy, the abs belt I have now is so cool compared to it, it’s just a belt, after all, and I only have to wear it, like, um, a BELT for about 30 minutes a day to get toned….WAY better!
Deb: Sorry I am not familar with the abs cruncher was it a piece of equipment? I used to do crunches, and I think using an abs belt is better than doing those. I’ve been really happy wiht the results I;m seeing from my Contour Ab Belt and the thing about it is, its good for men and women both, my husband uses mine all the time. Combine that with regular intense cardio workouts and you be in terrific shape.
Barbara: Which abs cruncher did you try? Some of them work. I did not like the cardio twister but feel like some of the abdominal toning belts could be a lot more easy to use
chloe: May I ask what’s an abs cruncher
Jocelyn: Read the reviews on all of the abs cruncher machines before you make a decision. See so many of those things as seen on tv that end up at garage sales. Looking at some ab shocker reviews now to see if they really work.
Beth: An abs cruncher is the same as an abs energizer? I have used an ab ball before but never a belt. I would like results to include tones muscles of my stomach and possibly 6 pack abs. Reading reviews…
Faith: My grandkids love the abs cruncher things but for seniors, its too much of a strain. I say hte ab belts are better for those in my age group at least, I just can’tbend the same ways I used to. I’ve gotten on a good diet plan since using the ab belt though and seeing gradual results.
Giselle: The Ab Circle Pro, what a joke, give me my ab toning belt any day, this one I’m using now is so easy and fast, actually giving me results in a quick hurry, can’t see that I’d try anything else now that I’ve got this baby, well, other than running, which I’m totally hooked on.
gwen: i never used any of the older abs cruncher but it seems like the technology has improved. i think they have ones that use electronic muscle stimulation and they do seem to work from what i have seen in the reviews. I guess some of the older types were not so advanced. I am still investigating about this type of routine and equipment but so far i think it seems good.
Vince: I never tired an abs cruncher but if you are interested in an abdominal belt, I can tell you that they are pretty awesome. Mine works really well.
HIbound: Not sure if abs cruncher was best for my results eiter. Am older and looking for something that is easy for seniors to use.
