Abs belt reviews seem to suggest that a stomach exerciser can give results, do you all agree?

Chandra: Yep, agree that the stomach exerciser I’m using, the Flex Belt, is giving me some fast and easy results, like it that I can use it when I feel like it, well, 30 minutes a day SOME time each day, but I don’t have to stick to any schedule, and it’s for men and women both, so my boyfriend and I can keep our own routines, use it several times a week after work…great invention!

Jasmine: HAve not read all the reviews but I know that from my experience, yes I do agree. I never looked as good doing plain old sit-ups as I do from using a stomach exerciser about 5 days per week. Of course, to get the results, I have been eating more veggies, less junk food and also jogging more often. i t think it al plays a part.

Muriel: For seniors, I think using an abs belt is really the best kind o f stomach exerciser you can find. My back can’t handle floor exercises these days so this works wel for me. I know women and men my age who are more active at the gym and wouldnt use this sort of thing, but for me, I’ve never found a better way to work my abs and get stronger/ more firm.

catherine: yeah i think a stomach exerciser like you all are describing could be perfect for women esp. as a post pregnancy program. for me i really need something bcs my belly isn’t getitng back to normal still. and it has been 3 month! I am doing a diet too but i need to really go after that area. an ab contour belt sounds awesome.
