Ab trainers do they work. Which ones have good reviews?

all4love: I would like to know also do ab trainers work – the Ab Circle one looks like it is a little too bulky and I was hoping to find something a little more easy like, what you think of abdominal toning belt?

Marla: we’re all here wondering do ab trainers work and if so which one. I have no answers only questions at this time and complaints. All the crap I ever bought from tv doesnt work. But I need to workout and eat better, less fried food, etc. hoping to get it right someday, perhaps to be slim before I am 40. At this point I would even try an ab workout dvd for women in my spare time.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews, watched that infomercial on tv and I think there’s sure something to be said for them, the best review I’ve run across so far has been for one called a flex belt, looks like I’ll have fast and easy results and I don’t even have to stick to a strict routine with it, sounds like the one to order, for me, anyway.

Hugh: Was wondering the same thing awhile back about ab trainers do they work & so I went online to read the reviews. What i found was, some are better than others, like anything else I guess. Ab belts had the best reviews, people seem to have less issues wiht the design, and be happeir with the results. So thats what I got & am seeing improvement in muscle tone.

Lee: SOme of the best ab trainers are the belts that use EMS (electronic muscle stimulation) for causing abs to contract. I guess like an ab shocker. I don;t have one yet myself, still reading reviews but they look pretty easy to use and my schedule so busy , I could use the convenience of this.

I have a friend who swears by hers, says it’s fast and easy, she doesn’t have to follow any program with it, keeps her own schedule, she’s down to using it only a couple of times a week now, think I’m going to borrow it to see if I want to buy one like she’s got, Flex Belt, she says it got some really good reviews.

Neci: so…electric ab trainers are a little scary to me but I want them to work I want them to work for me so I can have a taut stomach again.

Kimmy: Electric ab trainers seem to be all the rage, both my sisters have one and they did a lot of research before they bought, Liz is esp a nerd, but hey, that’s when that kind of thing comes in really handy, she says it’s working great for her, she tried a flex belt, I’ll prolly go the same way she usually knows what she’s talking about.

CathyCasey: The very best ab trainers are the ones you are wanting to use every day. The complicated contraptions that are inconvenient and a hassle are not going to work because you won’t. Just my two cents.

DanielleC: Well there are so many ab trainers online like that AbRoller and the AbCircle. Based on reviews I’ve read looks like the electric ab trainers are the most results oriented. Just got one called the Flex Belt and like it so far – very east to use, but I try to do crunches when I can too.

Serena: I am always asked the question – ab trainers do they work – because I am a professional dancer. I do use an ab belt but I also workout, dance and perform for at least 4 hours every day. It all works, when done right, in balance with a practical, vegetarian diet.

Melinda: Cheap ab trainers are a no no, I first bought that contour one that’s all over the tv, and it wasnt’anywhere near as storng as the flex belt I have now, it pays to read reviews online not just listen to whats on as a tv program, the results won’t be anywhere near the same unless you buy a good one that’s what I found, and look at all the work I’m saving you!

AbbieJOLightly: One of the best ab trainers out there is the flex belt I’ve been using it for a month and I like the easy and fast results I’m getting, but I’m doing lots of cardio and am at the gym 3 times a week too, watching what I eat, I think you should make up your own mind about whether this ab belt is a solution for you, just make sure you understand they work best when you’re doing other healthy things for yoursefl too.

Frances: None of the cheap ab trainers have good reviews, but some of the higher priced ab toning belts work and get some good feedback. Of course eat right and exercise but after adding this to my routine, I am noticing some increased definition in my stomach.

NaN: IF you’re looking at the cheap ab trainers then no, they don’t work. Bought some roller thing for my abs that wa s just awkward to use and never got me toned up. I am partial to my flex belt now, its an ab energizer that had some of the best reviews i read, look it up.

SallySingsTheBlues: Well do answer your question, do ab trainers work yes they do. THey can efficiently tone your muscles, ESPECIALLY the electric ab trainers , like an abs belt. I’ve begun a workout program using that, 3 or 4 days a week and aside from the cardio, it involves sitting on my couch wearing my ab belt, watching tv.

Noreet: The best ab trainers based on reviews are the Ab Rocket for equipment that you work and the The Flex belt for equipment that works for you. That’s what I’ve read and tried them both. Actually makes a pretty good ab routine when combined.

Hedda: What is the best ab toner? Cheap ab trainers cant possiby work? I would imagine with this type of thing you have to buy the best. I am pretty tight with money right now but why bother if a product is going to be made in china cheep and flimsy?
