Ab Coaster or Abdominal Belt which is best for fast results?
Judy L: Well judging by the Ab coaster reviews I’ve seen I think an abdominal belt is maybe the beter way to go. People seem to get pretty fast results with that and i havent read as many complaints about price or quality for the abs belts.
RLawrence: Well they are pretty different work out tools. Ab coaster system is pretty fun to use, but the machine is bulky. An abdominal belt is a totally different thing that you just strap on and switch on as many times a wekk as you choose.
ColNagel: Jut saw ab coaster ebay and was wondering if I should get it. Want to come up with a good exercise plan to get ready for spring. Not sure why you are wanting to compare the two, but thanks for the idea. Gonna check out some a b belts too.
peterW.: Ab Coaster customer reviews are not entirely positive. I am deciding between a abdominal belt and a ab ball. I am seeing if an ab energizer can work to give you perfect abs with a 6 pack.
Magda: The Ab coaster customer reviews like this at home gym system quite well, but it IS a big machine, hard to put away, like the ab belt…that can just go in a drawer or drape it over the arm of your couch, whatever, and it doesn’t take up any space which when you live in as small a house as I do is a big consideration…anyway, I don’t know which is faster because I haven’t tried either one but what I CAN tell you is that the Ab Coaster looks like a whole lot more work, while the abdominal toning belt might just get me toned in an easy and fast way, results end up being about the same, I would think.
Vanessa: Not sure about fast results with either the Ab Coaster or an Abdominal BELt. I didn’t read any Ab coaster reviews but I watched a few videos online and boy it looks kind of advance for me. How about ab coaster vs ab circle? Which is easier to use?
DonwishwasinDallas: Looks to me like the both basically do the same thing, work the abdominal muscles but the Ab Coaster Pro looks a little more awkward to use. I am more interested in a n abdominal toner only because, I feel I could fit it into my schedule better, I travel a lot and want a consistent ab routine. IN terms of results, I’m not sure.
Nadia: The Ab Coaster elite has a computerized system so I can up the difficulty of how I’m exercising, that’s what it says anyway, but you know what, so does the ab belt I’m looking at, and the Ab Coaster costs about twice as much…I’m really leaning towards the abdominal toner idea rather than something that says it acts like a mini roller coaster, urp! Just want to get great looking abs, not go for a carnival ride…
rklan: Don’t know a lot about abdominal belts, but looked at ab coaster vs. ab roller recently and they seem to target the same muscles. Don’t think I would use either of them for part of my routine though.
Tania: The Ab Coaster system looks pretty straight forward, but sure seems to use the same kind of motion as the Ab Circle Pro I was looking at, that one doesn’t cost anywhere near as much and is smaller besides, so I dunno, if I was gonna go with one of these two, I might choose the Ab Circle Pro just cause it’s cheaper, and where does an ab belt fit into all this? Kinda seems like apples and oranges, I guess it’s how much you really want to sweat and strain for flat abs…
MarySue: Have seen the Ab coaster for sale online from a bunch of places and thought that maybe it was something I would want to try. But I think this is a good question- Ab Coaster or Abdominal Belt which is best for fast results? I read the ab coaster and feel like something like a Flex belt abdominal toner might be more worth my money.
Anonymous: What’s the rush? It takes time to sculpt abs. I think that both an ab toning belt and the ab coaster can be good for abs. The more you use what you get the faster you will get results.
Riki: I think it is hard to compare the two also. BUT, I think ab belts are an awesome way to keep your tummy tight, even when you don’t have time in your schedule for a full blown work out. Maybe you should check out some ab coaster reviews if you want to find out more about that thing.
Winola: So Ab Coaster ebay has a good selection of used machines, does that mean they don’t work very good or people just get bored? That’s the trouble with these at home gym things, use it for awhile, put it away, done, onto the next, I’ve done it a bunch of times myself, and that’s why I’m thinking the ab belt might be better for me, maybe not faster, doesn’t really matter, but the deal is I could be doing all sorts of other things while I wear the belt, I don’t really have to think about the results, and how many reps I have to do, it’s doing it all for me, no schedule for me to follow, and for exercise resistant women like me, that’s got a lot of appeal.
Genie: The Ab Coaster CS 1000, how is it different from the Ab Coaster CS 2000? New model? More money? All these things that keep coming out with new models, I’m not too crazy about that, that’s why I think an ab shocker belt might be just the thing for me, it’s technology that’s been around for a long time, no need to “improve” it in some goofy way to jack the price up, it is what it is. i like that.
Courtney: I was researching the Ab Coaster system and I think it looks a fun but b not like something I would work consistently so it is a no go. I think an ab belt would actually work over time and with technology I think for women this is just the smart choice right now.
Janie: The Ab Coaster 9000 looks awesome. I just can see myself getting super toned sick skinny abs and that I will never have to do another crunch. I bet ab belts are better for old people, seniors.
Anonymous: Now I;m thinking the Ab Coaster vs Ab Circle pro is more of a fair comparison, those two things look more alike to me than an abs belt. THats a whole different beast. It does look like you get a bit of arm workout with teh Ab Coaster cs2000 and thats a nice additional benefit, I would think. Although, for seniors I feel like an ab belt might be a little more easy onthe joints.
TIm: The Ab coaster or abdominal belt which is best for fast results…hmmm. Seems to me like it depends on how much effort YOU put forth, for either one. First, you gotta be motivated to use the things, and really, you should do cardio too. ANd remember wtih a n ab belt, you can set the intensity so,,,still you gotta push yourself. I once tried out the Ab Coaster CS1000 at a hotel and it was not easy for me, I bet if you used that every day, you’d see fast results.
marilynn: I saw an ab coaster for sale used on line and i considered it but then i thought i might rather try something that came with a money back guarantee if i didn’t like it. The Ab coaster, i guess i could save a little money by buying it used, but if i didn’t like it, that money is still wasted. But if i tried a product with a guarantee (some ab belts do have them) i dont think i would lose money at all if i didn’t like it. So that is the new approach for me right now.
Alisha: Ab Coaster vs ab circle, hmmm, I think they look about the same, but I heard the Ab Coaster was way sturdier, you don’t get sore knees from it or anything, but the description for both of them doesn’t exactly appeal to me, and the videos made me a little sea sick, all that swooshing back and forth, I think I’d rather sit quietly on my couch and watch tv with an abdominal toning belt on, seems like a very civilized and sure way to tighten my abs, fast results, a program that I can adjust as I get more fit, why not do exercise this way if you can?
LouLass: Had no idea would get so much info on different equipment here, but concerned that this person did not get their original question answered all that often. If you want fast results, think you should def get a very good electronic toning belt AND do heavy cardio like running at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes. You will see changes FAST. An ab coaster pro wouldn’t hurt, but don’t think it is necessary for what you want to achieve.
Wanda: The Ab Coaster doesnt seem like it will get you shredded like a good workout and for the ab belts I have been reading the results and though I am skeptical people say they get the results like 6 pack abs they want so I will willingly try one hope I can get my money back guarantee.
Kirsty: Since these things are not cheap I think it would be great to find an abs machine for a discount. BUt is buying an Ab Coaster ebay safe, I mean, are all the parts gonna be there..? Anyway I do think there might be some benefits to Ab Coaster PRO though I am not sure I lke the sounds of it better than an ab shocker.
Elsa: I saw an Ab Coaster for sale at play it again and it’s about half what it cost new, think I might try it AND the a b belt, I bet you could do them at the same time? Or, maybe not, looking at how much that thing swings you around, but no reason not to use both that I can see, fast results, for sure!
Monique: Don’t think the ab coaster elite works that fast, unless you use it for like an hour every day, but most of us don’t have that kind of time. Work out as often as you can and get an ab shocker if you want to see results super fast. Oh yeah and cut out the junk food!
Anonymous: No I don’t see a reason for doing both at the same time, seems to me like you’d just be wasting your money on one thing or the other. In terms of the equipment, Ithink it depends on what you want, what your work out style is and al that. But in terms of which is best for fast results well, I think maybe an ab contour belt is gonna target those muscle s alittle better so maybe you’d see definition a litle faster than with the ab coaster system.
Viginia: IS it okay to use the Ab coaster post pregnancy? And no one said which one was faster fro results (unless i missed it) Abs belt or ab coaster?
Arthur: The Ab coaster sounds like fun to me I am sure that with a good diet this will be as effective or more so then an ab belt. I just dont get those things.
Jade: Have to go with the abdominal belt, either the flex belt or contour ab belt – both are pretty well reveiwed. An ab coster will work, but you will not get the fastest resuts with it.
Stefanie: Well from what I can tell from the ab coaster customer reviews i have read, it can get u toned but doesnt’ seem to provide the same definition as an ab belt, like the obliques and the six pack look. i would really looove to have that, so i think I might try the ab belt instead. some of those muscles its tough to get to with that repetitive motion but it looks like the EMS on a belt is positioned to hit all the different muscles??
JAMES: The only model I would really consider is the Ab Coaster Elite, that one looks the sturdiest and probaly the most effetive, but yeah it is spendy. ANd I seen it on amazon, and lots of people seem to buy knee pads to go with it. So I guess its really not the best for the knees. I think if you want something at home, which you didn’t specify in your question, an abdominal belt is the way to go, because, first off, yor more likely to use it and second, its more versatile. So then you’d for sure see results fast.
Monica: Good to know, I think I am gonna go with one of those ab toning belts. I am in no rush but the ab Coaster looks too hard for my level of fitness and my weight.
Robin Payne: Ab coaster post pregnancy seems like a good idea. But I know I will be so exhauseted and tired so an ab belt might be the easier thing to get.
tom: THe Ab coaster customer reviews didn’t exaclty blow me away, I don’t think its the best one for fast results. If unsure, I think ab belts are good and probably better overall than the basic ab coaster system plus you know, you get things like a longer warranty, FDA approved technology – with the good ones, things like that.
RuthG: The ab coaster system looks a little too hard for seniors who may hae a hard time getting down on the ground. Just saying if you are a little older, an ab belt may be the way to go, of course along with some regular activity.
Anonymous: NOt dissing this at all, but the ab Coaster System does seem awkward and as though you might need a basic arm strength and leg strength in order to really do it right,. I really am not in the best shape right now, and i would like to start out slow. i think maybe this might be too much of an investment for me to make right now, at my current fitness level. it would be hard for me to do, i think,.
