The Flex Belt® vs. Ab Roller®

The Ab Roller is a curved metal frame with a cross bar that holds a head rest. Users lie on the floor with their heads on the padded head rest, and their hands on the top section of the frame. By rocking back and forth, the abs are crunched without the head and neck feeling strain. The manufacturer states this is much safer, and less demanding than doing a sit-up.
