The Flex Belt® vs. Ab Coaster®

The Ab Coaster® uses a bottom-up method of working the abs with users resting their knees on a set of kneepads attached to a movable track. The kneepads coast on the track as the upper part of the body is stabilized. As the knees are raised and brought forward, the coaster effect causes the abs and obliques to be exercised.
This machine weighs in at around 70 pounds of steel construction and a digital workout counter is attached to the assembly. The company mentions that results are best when a diet and exercise program are also in effect and includes a DVD workout plan, an exercise plan as well as a meal plan. The company also offers a 30 day return policy and a 60 day warranty on the machine. Money will be refunded in full less shipping and handling and the expense to return the product is the buyer's responsibility.
